摘 要

现在这个社会很多的东西使用都变得科技化，而这些科技化的东西随着时代的变化。人们不再只是停留在可以使用这个层次，人们会加入很多人性化的东西。就比如说机器人，从前说到机器人，其实只是一个人形化的机器。会帮助人类做一些事。而且只是简单地单一的反复的事，但是现在，人们竟然希望将一些情绪加入给机器人。让机器人可以通过感受到人们不同的情绪，而产生相应的表情。这是科技的一大跨越，这是将一个个冷冰冰的程序，编写的代码加上了温度。会让人们不再觉得科技是那么枯燥乏味的东西。

当然我们现在做不到如科学家一般的开发各种神奇的机器，但是我们可以开发一些简单地，但是人们需要的，更贴近人们生活的系统。去帮助人们减少生活中或者工作中不必要的麻烦。现在其实很多的企业就在使用各种各样的系统软件来方便他们的工作！系统也就在你生活的每个角落。现在几乎你可以想到的平时在使用的东西都是需要程序的支持的。

如我下面要设计的企业日常事务管理系统。其实说是这样说，但是日常管理系统这个标题一样，也很有可能不同的人设计出来的程序是不一样的，这就是要按需求来看的。每个企业的需求不一样当然，最后完成的系统就是不一样的。是要根据每个企业的企业文化去设定的，再根据企业提出的需求设计。当然要达到最终的目的才能算是完成了一个系统。而企业日常事务管理要包含很多，我们这里主要就是设计员工之间的交流与消息共享的功能。一些消息的发布，与回复，直接在系统里进行，可以大大缩短员工在工作时花费在传达消息的时间。这一好处明显提高了员工工作的效率。可以大大加快工作的进程。数据可以存储在数据库里，也不容易丢失。这个系统几乎是每个企业不可缺少的。

Abstract

Now this society have become a lot of things using science and technology, science and technology and these things change with the times. 第一章 引 言

1.1 设计背景

在这个科技飞速发展的时代，人们很多事都不用笔和纸，或者直接面对面的去交流。人们可以通过网络，或者使用一些软件就可以知道想知道的信息。在一个企业中，每个人都有各自的工作，当然每个人的工作并不是完全独立的，他们需要互相给与对方所需要的信息。但是往往这个时候，由于每个人不同的情况，会很难及时获取到信息，这样也会大大增加了工作的时间，阻碍了工作的进程。所以很多人就开始研究如何减少浪费在查找信息或者等待信息的时间。
在很多企业中，他们会有自己独立的一套属于他们公司自己的管理系统。这使企业自己内部的交流和信息共享更为方便。在大型企业中他们的管理体系会分的更细，每个部门都会有自己的一个相对独立的系统。现在的资料不需要手抄记录，电子档案会比手抄的跟清楚，更易保存，需要查找资料也会更容易。随着广泛的使用系统之后，管理系统的发展也越来越好。当然很多资料不能共享，所以要使用一个系统，一般都会需要注册。有了账号之后就可以根据自己的身份，获取到可查看的信息。当然类似的系统现在已经使用的很广泛了，这节省了很多的时间。科技的发展，让我们进入了信息化的时代。从直观的来看，现在当你进入一间办公室，可以看到许多的设备放在桌上，或是一些大型的设备。人们需要打印、扫描、传真等直接可以使用手边的机器，稳定又便利。人们也可以将精力放在做事上。当然这些东西并不会一直不变，可以发现它们变得越来越小，越来越多功能。现在很多的设备具有的功能都不是单一的。在这个科技飞速发展的时代，人们很多事都不用笔和纸，或者直接面对面的去交流。
现如今的社会知识和经济都在迅速的发展着，现在社会企业的发展都离不开信息的交流，所以信息化被越来越多的企业应用。信息化也就成为衡量一个企业是否有优势的一个标准，一个简单地通知，甚至一个企业的大项目，大大小小的事务都充分的体现了信息化的重要。
