办公自动化系统

摘要

随着社会的高速发展，特别是信息技术的发展，网络通信技术和大数据技术的发展，网络已经越来越数字化，电子化，虚拟化和网络化。这些日新月异的技术为我们的课题办公自动化系统的发展提供了背景。办公自动化系统的英文名称为Office Automation System，简称为OA。随着企业信息量的增长，大量信息的快速传递和处理的需求，传统的公司内部已经跟不上节奏，因此越来越多的信息技术已经普及到企业的日常工作中。办公自动化系统的使用可以满足各大企业的办公网络化、自动化的需求。这一系统的开发和研究，是为了更有效的提高企业的办公效率和办公质量，改变传统纸质文件沟通慢，协作力差，控制不足的办公模式，新型的办公自动化系统将人从繁琐而又无序的工作中解放出来，从而提高了企业的办事效率，降低了办公成本，提高了企业的竞争力，在各领域各公司发挥了至关重要的作用。

本文在分析了企业对办公自动化系统需求的基础上，利用Java Web 设计并实现了该办公自动化系统。本次设计的办公自动化系统包含通讯录管理模块，日程安排管理模块，工作日志管理模块，短消息管理模块，公告管理模块，会议管理模块六个模块，满足基本的企业办公信息化管理的需求。

本系统采用Struts、JSP、JavaBean等技术进行设计开发并采用数据库MySQL完成数据库的设计及连接，为了实现一个能够满足企业办公网络化，自动化的管理需求，提高企业内部的管理水平的系统，该系统能全面提升企业在市场中的综合竞争力。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of society, especially the development of information technology, the development of network communication technology and big data technology, the network has become increasingly digital, electronic, virtualization and networking. These ever-changing technologies to the development of our task office automation system provides the background. Office automation system is the English name for Office Automation System, referred to as OA. As companies increase the amount of information, the exchange of information within the enterprise traditional methods can not meet the rapid transmission and processing large amounts of information, then more and more information technology has penetrated into the daily work of the enterprise. Office automation system applications to meet the business office network and automation needs. Research and development of this system, in order to more effectively improve office efficiency and quality of their work, and to change the traditional paper documents slow communication, collaboration is poor, inadequate control office model, the new office automation system and the people from the tedious but disordered work of liberation, thus improving the efficiency of enterprises, reduce office costs and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, companies in various fields have played a crucial .

  Based on the analysis of the business needs of office automation system based on the use of Java Web Design and realization of the office automation system. The system includes a contact management module, schedule management module, work log management module, short message management module, the announcement module management, conference management module six modules, to meet the basic needs of enterprise information management office.

  The system uses Struts, JSP, JavaBean technology design and development and to complete the design using MySQL database and the database connection, and ultimately be able to meet a corporate office network, automated management needs, improve their internal management systems. The system can enhance the enterprises in the market overall competitiveness.

办公自动化系统（OA），是当今社会高速信息化发展的产物，“物竞天择，适者生存”，传统的办公方式已经不适合现如今信息化的今天，社会社会瞬息万变，互联网技术的出现和发展应用是促使企业办公自动化的关键。当今社会高速发展，信息化社会的到来使得信息技术更新换代非常快，我们为了紧跟时代的步伐，只能适应瞬息万变的社会信息变化，从而增强自己在社会中的竞争力。企业为了增加企业为了增加企业竞争力，同时为了适应社会的发展需求，企业将传统的纸质办公方式变为现如今的全自动办公方式，信息化的办公管理方式减少了人在其中的作用，减少了人的反复的整理工作，同时大大的减少了人的失误，提高了企业的办公效率，增加了企业竞争率。
