摘 要

对于许多学校财务部的内部财务管理来说，提供学校职工一个报销功能是很重要的工作。在没有健全的财务管理机制下，职工财务报销往往是要当场当面去报销的。于是就会出现报销人员过多，排队拥挤的现象。这样不仅浪费了职工的时间，同时也对财务人员工作造成了困扰。基于WEB的报销预约系统这一课题的设计与实现。要求运用到网络化的严格的管理模式，体现出当前预约管理与报销的高效性良好的交互界面是本系统的关键并可以在业务操作上给使用者带来极大的方便和舒适性，该系统根据学校要求实现了学校职工预约功能同时还有财务人员报销预约管理功能。除此之外系统的内部逻辑业务可是按照现实学校中实际业务的流程来设计，对于那些熟悉处理这些业务的学校财务管理人员来说是不会感到陌生。作为本次毕设系统设计的我采用B/S结构同时把My Eclipse作为开发工具，采用My SQL作为后台数据库，以及采用SSH框架进行开发来提高系统开发效率。

Abstract

Design and Implementation WEB reimbursement based reservation system of this topic. Requires the use of the network of strict management, reflecting the current efficiency of a good interface and claims reserve management is the key to the system and can be on business operations to bring great convenience and comfort to the user, the According to the school system, school staff appointments required to achieve the functionality as well as reimbursement of financial personnel reserve management function. In addition to the internal logic of business in accordance with the reality of the school system, but the actual business processes to design, for those familiar with dealing with these business school financial management is not unfamiliar. As The complete set of system design I used the B / S structure while the My Eclipse as a development tool, My SQL as the backend database, as well as the use of SSH framework for development to improve system development efficiency.

第一章 绪论

1.1背景

随着网络技术的高速发展，互联网的影响已经深入到人民生活、工作的每个领域，各大高校纷纷加快了信息化进程，我们学校也同时建立了自己的校园网。这为我小的现代化教提供了必备的技术物质基础。在现代化技术呵呵需求的推动下，无纸化高效化办公的普遍实现，网络式的交互方式被人民广泛应用。让学校的财务部实现报销预约是各大高校都在积极进行的工作之一，也是高校教学管理的一项重要内容。

1.2意义

报销预约系统应用与报销人员预约功能管理，这是一个报销人员能提前根据财务部提供的报销人数进行预约取号，合理进行报销预约的方法。

在高校财务部日常工作过程中，报销一直是一个很重要的工作，财务人员和报销人员能否协同一致完成这一工作是非常重要的。但往往会有特殊情况或者故意捣乱，导致双方出现分歧，不能圆满完成报销。
