摘 要

随着现代社会信息化技术的高速发展，信息化技术日益渗透到生活的方方面面，于此同时，高校的“数字化校园建设”也如火如荼的展开。

作为“数字化校园”建设的一部分，高校采购管理系统是高校管理物资和监管资金流走向的重要环节之一。为了适应高校采购信息化的发展趋势，亟需构建一套符合高校采购特色的系统。面对情况复杂的网络情况，考虑到系统的可用性，今后的可移植性、可扩展性，本系统将以实际高校采购流程为原型，以JAVAEE为平台，采用MVC软件设计模式，结合Ajax前端框架ExtJs的特色，设计并实现基于浏览器/服务器（Browser/Server）模式的高校采购系统。

高校采购系统的建设，是为了更好的促进 “数字化校园”的建设，更加规范高校采购流程中的过程，使这个采购过程处于实时监管、便捷操作的环境中，降低高校采购的时间成本、人力成本，最终达到降低成本、提高审批流程效率、减少人为误差的效果。

Design and Realization of University Procurement Management System based on Java EE

Abstract

With the rapid development of modern society,information technology,information technology is increasingly penetrated into every aspect of our lives.At the same time,the construction of the university’s “digital campus” is also in full swing.

As the part of the construction of the “Digital Campus”,university procurement management system is an important part of university managing goods and regulating capital flow.In order to adapt to the college of information technology procurement trends,an urgent need to build a system in line with the characteristics of college procurement.In order to adapt to the characteristics of college procurement of the college,an urgent need to build a system in line with characteristics of college procurement.In the face of complex network conditions,taking into account the availability of the system,the future portability,scalability,this system will be the actual university procurement process for the prototype,basing on the JAVAEE platform,using MVC software design patterns,combined with Ajax front frame ExtJS features,design and implement university procurement system based on brower/server mode.

The construction of College procurement system,in order to better “digital campus” to promote the construction of more standardized procurement process in the college,so that ehe procurement process in real-time monitoring,convenient operation environment ,reduce the time cost of college procurement,human costs,and ultimately to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of the approval process and reduce the effects of human error.

1.1 引言

随着现代社会信息化水平的提高，越来越多的计算机信息管理系统开始应用于各个高校的日常流程中，大大提 高了高校各个部门的工作效率，其中，采购高校所需各项 资源也要求高校对资产进行审批和监督管理，于是，高效采购系统应运而生。运用计算机、网络和通信等现代信息化技术，可以实现高校各部门间的协同工作与工作 流程的优化重组，建立一个精简、高效、实时运转的高校采购系统。
