高校就业推荐系统的设计与实现

摘 要
随着互联网的普及,如今,全世界的人们已经迈入了一个信息化的时代,更是因特网飞速发展的阶段。不知不觉中网络在人们的日常生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色。人们已经越来越习惯于用互联网工作,和购物,娱乐,网络已经是日常生活中不可或缺的一部分,而传统的招聘行业,也在网络上获得了自己的发展。
普通的招聘都是在人才市场组织的招聘会,或是到某个高校进行宣讲会以及通过传统媒体电视和报纸实现的。不过这样的招聘流程具有十分大的局限性,比如说地缘限制,招聘信息只可以被处于那个地域的人获得,这样严重限制了单位选择人才。对于普通的求职者来说,也限制了他们获得信息的渠道。但是互联网招聘则大不相同能够,企业可以在互联网上发布信息,让全世界的人都可以了解到,方便快捷。对于普通的求职者来说也能方便的查询到信息,大大降低了地域限制,同时也让他们拥有更多的选择机会,这样的招聘方式企业也可以更好的选择到合适的人才。
本系统以java为主要开发语言,在web环境下,使用基于B/S三层结构模式,使用myeclipse软件开发的的毕业生就业网。这个系统具有兼容性好,扩展能力强大、容易维护、用户界面友好,功能实用的功能。在系统中,求职者可以投递简历,企业可以发布招聘信息,而且大大方便了求职者之间以及求职者与企业的直接交流,真正地做到信息的共享。本文阐述了互联网招聘的优势,并且对本网站的分析,设计,以及实现做了详细的介绍

ABSTRACT
With the Internet, nowadays, people all over the world has entered an era of information technology, more the stage of rapid development of the Internet. Unconsciously network plays an increasingly important role in people"s daily lives. People have become accustomed to using the Internet to work and shopping, entertainment, networking is already an integral part of daily life, while the traditional recruitment industry, also got their own development at the network.
General recruitment job fairs are organized in the job market, or to a teach-in for colleges and universities, as well as via the traditional media of TV and newspapers. But the hiring process has very great limitations, such as geo-restriction, recruitment information can only be for people in the area had so severely limit units select talent. For ordinary job-seekers who have limited their access to information channels. But Internet recruiting is quite different to, companies can publish information on the Internet so that people around the world can learn, fast and easy. For an ordinary job seekers can easily browse through the information, greatly reduced the geographical restrictions, while also providing them with more choices, such recruitment methods enterprises can better select the right talent.
This system using Java as the main development languages, Web environments, using the three-tier architecture based on b/s mode, use MyEclipse development of graduates employment network. The system has good compatibility, scalability, strong, easy maintenance, user friendly interface, functional and practical functionality. In the system, job seekers can post resumes, companies can advertise, but also greatly facilitate the applicants communicate directly with businesses and job seekers, truly share information. 最近几年,随着高校扩招,毕业人人数增多,就业成了一个社会难题。现在有很多热门的求职网站,但是这些网站大多只是供招聘单位的发布招聘信息和查询求职简历,求职者发布求职简历和查询招聘信息。众多应届生没有工作经验,并不能确定自己能力与单位需求是否一致,求职有很大的盲目性。
