基于OpenGL的谷物在平面振动筛上筛分模拟仿真研究

摘 要
本课题的主要任务是基于OpenGL的谷物在平面振动筛上的筛分过程。目前,各种筛分应用得到了国内以及国外的认可与采纳。针对,如何实现基于OpenGL的谷物在平面振动筛筛上的筛分模拟仿真模拟研究这个问题上,我们应用3D MAX建模技术,开发了基于OpenGL的谷物在平面振动筛上的筛分模拟仿真研究,OpenGL作为一个性能非常优越的图形应用程序设计界面(API)而用于很多计算机环境下,而且,作为现有阶段三维图形的开发标准,OpenGL利用自身强有力的图形函数以及OpenGL支持的MFC(Microsoft Foundation Class)类库编程绘制和实现动画,展示了OpenGL强大的图形图像处理能力。目前,从个人电脑到工作站和超级电脑,OpenGL都能实现性能比较高的三维图形功能。本次课题研究的成果是在在搭建好的OpenGL环境下实现了谷物在平面振动筛上的筛分模拟。
接着详细介绍了小球筛分的数学模型;本文的谷物在平面振动筛上的筛分模型即避不开鼓舞筛分的物理意义,又要兼顾到很多影响和制约谷物在平面振动筛上的筛分仿真的因素(如计算机复杂度、生成时间等)。从而使得仿真模型不仅能够声称比较真实的谷物筛分模型,而且满足真是谷物筛分的物理意义。
我们都知道谷物筛分是谷物清选程序中比较重要的一个环节,我们本次课题用计算机实现了谷物筛分过程的模拟,它可以辅助高校的调研工作,在实验教学这个方面也有着很大的帮助。

ABSTRACT
The main task of this thesis is the screening process of grain on the plane vibrating screen based on OpenGL.At present, all kinds of screening applications have been recognized and adopted by domestic and foreign countries.In view of the problem of how to realize the screening of the grain based on OpenGL in the plane vibrating screen and to simulate the simulation of the screen.On this basis, we use MAX 3D modeling technology to develop the screening simulation of grain on the plane vibration screen based on OpenGL.As a very good graphics application programming interface (API), OpenGL is used in many computer environments.Moreover, as the standard of the development of 3D graphics in the existing stage.OpenGL use its own powerful graphics functions and MFC (Foundation Class OpenGL) programming class library programming and animationDemonstrated OpenGL powerful graphics image processing power.At present, from PC to workstation and supercomputer, OpenGL can achieve a relatively high performance of three-dimensional graphics capabilitiesThe results of this research are that the screening of grain in the plane vibrating screen is realized in the OpenGL environment.
Then, the mathematical model of the ball screening is introduced in detail.The grain size of the grain in the plane vibrating screen is not the physical meaning of the screening, but also the factor of the screening simulation of the grain in the plane vibration screen.Thus, the simulation model can not only claim the real grain screening model, but also meet the physical significance of grain screening.
We all know that grain screening is a key step in the process of grain cleaning.The computer realized the simulation of the grain screening process, and it can help the research work of the University, and it also has a lot of help in experiment teaching.
