摘 要

为了与时代同步发展，更好的帮助幼儿园处理各种信息，以及节省幼儿园管理信息的时间，因此设计了该幼儿园信息管理系统。幼儿园信息管理系统里面包含的功能包括：管理员的管理以及注册，幼儿信息的管理，教师信息的管理，班级管理以及考勤管理。该设计根据现代幼儿园自身需要而开发，以幼儿园的日常需要管理的程序为依据，符合幼儿园信息管理的日常基本操作。系统总体结构设计采用了将程序分为多层次来进行设计的思想，程序主体是基于JAVA语言，使用Eclipse开发工具进行开发，后台采用的数据库是Sql server 2008。幼儿园信息管理系统可为幼儿园提供方便又实用的管理平台，从而实现幼儿园管理在线化与简单化的目的。

Abstract: In order to synchronize with the times, better help the kindergarten to deal with all kinds of information, and save the time of the information of the kindergarten management, the information management system of the kindergarten is designed. The functions of the information management system include the management and registration of the administrators, the management of infant information, the management of teacher information, the management of class and the management of attendance. The design is based on the needs of the modern kindergarten, based on the daily needs of the kindergarten, and is in line with the daily basic operation of the information management of the kindergarten. The overall design of the system adopts the idea that the program is divided into multiple levels to design. The main body of the program is based on the JAVA language and uses the Eclipse development tool to develop the database. The database used in the background is Sql Server 2008. The kindergarten information management system can provide a convenient and practical management platform for kindergartens, so as to realize the purpose of online and simplified kindergarten management.

1. 绪论

• 1. 开发背景与现状

随着国家开放二胎政策，幼儿的数量近年来急速增加，以及家长对幼儿园的要求越来越高。加上现在幼儿园大多是人工管理信息，需要耗费大量的人力以及物力，使得管理幼儿园信息过于繁琐化。

所以为了满足幼儿家长对学校的要求，同时更为了减轻幼儿园信息管理的工作，节省幼儿园管理信息的时间，在当前的时代发展下，针对这些情况，幼儿园信息管理系统应运而生。系统化的幼儿园信息管理系统能够使管理人员在管理幼儿信息、班级信息、教师信息以及考勤信息的时候更加及时、方便、有效的进行处理。

1.2 研究目的

在幼儿园的信息管理中，存在着许多信息的管理，包括：幼儿信息的管理、幼儿教师信息的管理，还有对于幼儿园班级信息的管理，涉及到了班级里面的学生和任教老师，还有考勤的管理。这些管理如果使用人工进行操作，那样就会变成很复杂的情况，同时为了解决这些问题就会需要大量的人工和物力对数据进行逐项的管理和更新。而且每次有更新就会更加的繁琐，耗费更多的时间。故此，为了提高信息管理效率，幼儿园应当跟随着时代的发展，开始采用计算机，来处理日常繁杂的事务，从而提高学校的管理效率，节约人力物力。

本系统最终的设计目的可以概括为三点。第一点，在现代计算机的飞速发展的情况下，使幼儿园能够够更加迅速的通过计算机来处理信息管理，从而提高幼儿园管理信息的效率；第二点，通过幼儿园信息管理系统实现管理员能够及时的对学生的信息、教师的信息、班级的信息以及在校的考勤信息进行及时的查询以及更新，提高学校管理员的办事效率；第三点，通过幼儿园信息管理系统能够更好的对学校的情况进行一个有效的查询，从而能够更好的管理学校的日常情况。

1.3 系统介绍

幼儿园信息管理系统主要分为管理员的登录页面、幼儿学生信息管理页面、教师信息管理页面、班级信息管理页面以及考勤信息管理系统这5个模板。
