摘 要

随着社会的发展，社区医疗为了适应其自身发展的需求，需要更大程度的提高其工作效率，减轻员工的工作强度，事实上需要有一个综合的管理信息系统来对具体的医疗信息以及社区居民信息进行有效的管理，从而达到节约时间提高效率的目的。本系统的开发是采用B/S结构，在ASP.NET平台下使用Visual Stdio2010的开发平台以C#语言进行编写，SQL Server 2005 数据库管理工具作为后台数据库服务器编写相关程序。 本系统使用C# 作为前台开发工具,使用Microsoft SQL Server 2005 作为后台数据库; 利用先进的信息技术和管理方法,结合社区医疗对住院管理的要求,进行社区医疗住院信息系统的设计.论述了系统的设计和实现;因此本项目使用用C#语言作为根本，选用经典的IIS作为服务器平台，详细介绍了本管理系统的开发过程。并从系统的需求分析、系统分析、详细设计的整个开发过程进行全面论述。

Abstract

With the development of society, the medical community in order to adapt to the needs of its own development and need a greater degree of improve the work efficiency, reduce the work intensity of workers, in fact need to have a comprehensive information management system to the specific medical information and residents of the community information for effective management, so as to achieve the purpose of saving time and improving efficiency. The system was developed using B / S structure, in the ASP. Net platform using the development platform of visual Stdio2010 written in language C#, SQL Server 2005 database management tools as the back-end database server written procedures. The system use C# as foreground development tool, using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as the background database; the use of advanced information technology and management methods, combined with the medical community for hospital management, community medical service in hospital information system design. Discusses the design and implementation of the system; therefore this project use as basic language C#, selection of classic IIS as server platform, introduced in detail the development process of the management system. And from the system needs analysis, system analysis, detailed design of the entire development process a comprehensive exposition.

1引言

计算机软件在现代社会已经成为必不可少的元素，成为一种驱动力。它是进行商业决策的引擎；它是现代科学研究和工程问题解决的基础；它是区分现代产品和服务的关键因素。

社区医疗信息化是社区医疗保障应用信息技术及其产品的过程，是信息技术由局部到全局、由战术层次到战略层次向社区医疗的全面渗透，运用于流程管理、支持社区医疗经营管理的过程。信息化的实施从自上而下的角度说，必须与社区医疗的制度创新、组织创新和管理创新结合；从自上而下的角度说，必须以作为社区医疗主体的业务人员直接受益及其使用水平的逐步提高为基础。

项目组为社区医疗开发一套社区医疗信息管理系统。是为了让社区医疗适应工作发展的需要，加快信息化建设以提高医疗服务质量和工作效率。社区医疗主要为社区教职工、学生、家属等社区成员提供医疗服务，包括门诊、住院等服务项目。社区医疗将这些项目有关的信息纳入电脑系统统一管理，以便及时获取有关信息，提高医疗效果和管理效率。项目开发的社区医疗管理系统，以供社区医疗工作人员及操作者进行药品管理以及对病人信息跟踪调查的管理，方便操作者随时添加、查询、修改信息。

(1)由于操作人员的计算机知识普遍较差，要求有良好的人机界面。

(2)方便的数据选择查询，支持模糊查询功能。
