摘 要

随着国家经济建设不断发展，经济增长速度越来越快，城市流动人口大、文化素质各不相同、生活水平各异、居住位置分散、管理难度较大等特点，由此而引发的各类社会治安案件和刑事案件也在逐年增加，安防的重要性也开始逐步上升。为了使人民群众安居乐业，以安防智能化技术和大数据技术为支撑的智慧社区建设，逐步进入了人们的眼帘。通过强化进出人员信息，车辆信息采集，对居民小区和周边商家进行卡口监测，逐步实现对于一标六实的信息实时掌控，从而实现对于公共安全和社会治安中的隐患和风险，进行广泛感知和多维研判。所以建立智慧社区和相应的安防管理平台是一件具有十分重要意义的事情。

本文针对智慧社区安防管理平台的实现部分，基于实习公司已有的管理平台的后台部分，对该平台的前端页面进行了实现。本文中使用了基于MVVM模式的Vue.js对智慧社区安防管理平台的前端页面进行了实现，并使用了Webpack和Node.js对项目进行了编译和管理，实现了基于社区监控，卡口监控，远程非接触式感知，GIS数据为一体的智慧社区安防管理平台。该平台已在多个社区进行试运行，目前反馈良好，不仅方便了社区的安防管理，还可以一定程度上协助警方调查案件，为社区的安全以及社会的安定贡献了自己的一份力。

ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of the country's economic construction, the economic growth rate is getting faster and faster, the urban floating population is large, the cultural quality is different, the living standards are different, the living position is scattered, and the management is difficult. Social security cases and criminal cases are also increasing year by year, and the importance of security has gradually increased. In order to make the people live and work in peace and contentment, the construction of smart communities supported by security intelligent technology and big data technology has gradually entered the eyes of people. By strengthening the information of personnel entering and leaving, collecting vehicle information, monitoring the bayonet of residential communities and surrounding businesses, and realizing real-time control of the information of a standard and six realities, thereby realizing the hidden dangers and risks in public safety and social security. And multidimensional judgment. Therefore, building a smart community and the corresponding security management platform is a very important thing.

In this paper, based on the implementation part of the intelligent community security management platform, based on the background part of the existing management platform of the internship company, the front-end page of the platform is implemented. In this paper, Vue.js based on MVVM mode is used to implement the front-end page of the smart community security management platform, and Webpack and Node.js are used to compile and manage the project, which realizes community-based monitoring and bayonet monitoring. Remote non-contact sensing, GIS data as one of the smart community security management platform. The platform has been trial-run in several communities. The current feedback is good, which not only facilitates the security management of the community, but also helps the police investigate the case to a certain extent, and contributes to the security of the community and the stability of the society.

第1章 绪论

1.1 研究背景和意义

近年来，随着国家经济建设不断发展，经济增长速度越来越快，城市流动人口大、文化素质各不相同、生活水平各异、居住位置分散、管理难度较大等特点^[1]，由此而引发的各类社会治安案件和刑事案件也在逐年增加，因此也备受人名群众和公安执法人员的关注，为人民群众的生活、城市治理管理和公安执法带来了巨大的困难和挑战^[2]。

智能安防社区建设是以安防智能化技术和大数据技术为基础，智能安防社区将智慧安防作为“智慧公安”的重点项目，在楼栋和小区的出入口建立“微卡口”并采纳了刷脸、刷卡、刷指纹等举措，以此来实现出入人员的监管、车辆信息采集，从而逐步实现对一标六实信息的实时掌握，从而完成对治安隐患的广泛感知、多维研判^[3]。
