摘 要

在当今信息时代，计算机技术与网络技术越来越广地应用于各个领域，改变着人们的学习、工作、生活乃至思维方式，也引起了教育领域的重大变革。将计算机与网络技术应用于现代高等教育中，是现代高等教育发展的需要，也是改革教育模式，提高学校教学效果和教学效率、提高科研和管理水平的必要手段。目前的一个发展趋势是教育领域采用计算机技术来辅助学校处理新生入学的相关问题。随着计算机网络在生产生活、科技教育中的普及，传统的人工纸质管理正发生着巨大的变革。因此，如何让高校方便的解决新生入学管理的相关问题，是现代教育的一个重要课题。

本篇论文的主要内容是基于B/S的大学新生在线注册系统设计与实现，整个系统基于B-S结构设计，使用WAMP（windows Apache MySQL PHP）平台进行搭建。该系统将会帮助我们的高校的人员快速方便的处理新生入学的相关问题，新生入学时，在线注册系统将会帮助管理人员提高工作效率，包括新生信息导入，新生注册报到、宿舍班级分配等问题；同时对于学生来说，也是一个可以查看自己相关信息较为方便的渠道，可以在该系统上提前了解到缴费项目、入学注意事项等信息，也可以了解到自己的基本信息，如自己的宿舍、班级、学院等。

Abstract

In today's information age, computer technology and network technology are more and more widely used in various fields, changing people's learning, work, life and even thinking mode, and also causing major changes in the field of education. Applying computer and network technology to modern higher education is the need of the development of modern higher education. It is also the necessary means to reform the educational mode, improve the teaching effect and efficiency, and improve the level of scientific research and management. One of the current trends is to use computer technology in the field of education to assist schools in dealing with the problems related to freshmen enrollment. With the popularization of computer network in production, life and science and technology education, the traditional artificial paper management is undergoing tremendous changes. Therefore, how to make colleges and universities easily solve the problems related to freshmen entrance management is an important topic of modern education.

The main content of this paper is the design and implementation of online registration system for college freshmen based on B/S. The whole system is based on B-S structure design and built on WAMP (windows Apache MySQL PHP) platform. The system will help our college staff to deal with the problems related to freshmen's enrollment quickly and conveniently. When freshmen enter the university, the online registration system will help managers improve their work efficiency, including the introduction of freshmen's information, the registration of freshmen, the allocation of dormitory classes and so on. At the same time, it is also a convenient channel for students to view their own relevant information. In this system, you can get the information of payment items, entrance notes and so on in advance. You can also get the basic information of yourself, including your dormitory, class, college and so on.

1.1 研究背景

随着网络技术的不断发展，人类社会也在发生日新月异的变化，这种变化是与网络发展息息相关的^[1]，互联网被应用于我们的生活中，改变着人们的生活和思维方式，在教育领域，受互联网的发展和自身的需要，也在慢慢的进行着改变^[2]。将计算机与网络技术应用于现代高等教育中，有助于提高学校的管理能力，促进教学质量的提高。目前的一个发展趋势是教育领域采用计算机技术来辅助学校处理新生入学的相关问题。随着计算机网络在科技教育中的普及，传统的人工纸质管理正发生着巨大的变革。因此，如何让高校更方便快速的运用网络和计算机辅助学校对学生管理，是现代教育的一个重要课题^[3]。在欧美一些发达地区的高校中，通过计算机系统辅助处理大学生信息已经是一个比较普遍的现象，目前我国是处于一个相对中间水平^[3]。通过计算机辅助管理大学生的信息，我们可以有序的、便利的管理的学生的信息，同时还有一个易于保存的特性，同时对于后面信息的变动，我们可以快速的改变，如果是传统的纸质管理就不可能做到，相对来说，这是一个很大的进步。网站作为互联网的主要组成部分，这些年发展迅速。网站与用户的交互主要是使用网页来实现，随着互联网的快速发展，Web领域的主要开发商为了简化开发，相继推出了多种Web开发技术，而PHP就是其中一种^[4]。因PHP容易学习，且其和MySQL数据库、Apache服务器组成的体系代码具有免费性、开源性等特点，PHP被广泛的应用于各种网站的设计^[5]。
