摘 要

随着互联网技术的发展及社会生活节奏的加快，方便、快捷、安全、卫生成为高校师生就餐的首要考虑因素。就现在而言，大多数高校食堂的就餐过程仍是在食堂窗口排队等候，而这样的就餐方式会浪费许多时间在排队等候中，因此许多学生及教师选择去餐馆就餐或是直接点外卖，而那些自营的餐馆及外卖毕竟不如由学校统一管理的食堂安全卫生。因此，一个高效的网上点餐系统是当下许多学校食堂的重要需求。

本系统在调查本校食堂的情况及当前国内外研究现状的前提下，综合各方面因素，选择了Eclipse、Tomcat、MySQL作为开发平台，使用JSP显示页面，使用SSH（Spring Struts2 Hibernate）框架及AJAX异步传输技术，采用B/S架构，进行了学校食堂网上订餐的详细功能设计及编码实现。

本系统实现了点餐系统的前台功能设计及后台店铺和用户的管理，其中前台功能主要包括登录注册、食堂店铺查询、店铺菜品查询、网上订餐及留言评论；而后台管理系统分为店铺管理及系统管理，店铺管理系统实现的功能有：菜品管理、店铺信息维护、留言查看与回复及订单管理，系统管理为系统管理员用来对食堂、店铺及用户信息进行管理。

通过本系统的开发与使用，可有效地解决高校师生就餐高峰“就餐难”的问题，极大地提高就餐效率，改善学校食堂的服务质量，节约师生的时间，减少学校食堂的人力物力开销。

Abstract

With the development of Internet technology and the acceleration of the pace of social life, convenience, speed, safety, and hygiene have become the primary considerations for college teachers and students to eat. For now, the dining process in most university cafeterias is still waiting in the cafeteria stalls, and this dining method will waste a lot of time waiting in line, so many students and teachers choose to eat in restaurants or take delivery directly. those self-employed restaurant and takeaway after all, as the unified management by the school canteen safety and health. Therefore, an efficient online ordering system is an important demand for many school canteens.

Under the premise of investigating the situation of our school canteen and the current research status at home and abroad,the system chooses Eclipse, Tomcat, MySQL as the development platform, uses JSP to display pages, adopts SSH (Spring struts 2 Hibernate) framework ,AJAX asynchronous transfer technology and B/S structure for the school dining room reservation online detailed functional design and coding.

The system implements the front desk function design of the ordering system and the management of backstage shops and users. The front desk functions mainly include login registration, canteen shop inquiry, shop food query, online ordering and comment. The background management system is divided into store management and system management. The functions implemented by the store management system include: food management, shop information maintenance, message viewing and reply, and order management.System management is used by system administrators to manage cafeterias, stores, and user information. Through the development and use of this system, it can effectively solve the “difficulty of dining” problem of college students' dining peaks, greatly improve the dining efficiency, improve the service quality of school canteens, save teachers and students time, and reduce the manpower and material expenses of school canteens.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景及意义

自进入二十一世纪以来，互联网技术迅速发展，短短几年便应用到人们生活的各个方面，而因互联网技术的推进，人们的生活水平不断提高的同时，生活节奏也在不断加快，人们越来越注重时间及效率。因为这种思想的改变，使得O2O产业借助互联网得到迅猛的发展，如淘宝、京东、美团等，并且这种思想的改变也使得传统的餐饮业受到极大地冲击，网上订餐成为一种人们青睐的就餐方式。

网上点餐，因其具有送餐上门、方便快捷的特点迅速为大众所接受。以美团为例，2015年上半年，其整体交易额到470亿元，同比增长190%，而以餐饮为主的外卖配送业务自2014年1月份开发，2015年4月份开始大规模推广，仅2015上半年的交易额就达到4205亿元，是2014年的2倍以上^[1]，这些数据表明网上点餐业务近几年才刚刚起步，还有很大的发展空间，市场还很广阔。而就网上订餐的年龄结构，根据资料显示，截至2015年6月，学生群体所占比例最高，为24.6%，而且其中大多数为在校大学生^[2]。就现在而言，校园网上订餐业务正在迅猛崛起，当前入驻到各大校园的网上订餐平台有：美团、饿了么、淘点点、以及支付宝，其在各大校园的主要消费群体就是在校大学生，一是因为现在普及教育程度，大学高校的招生规模逐年扩大，大学生的人数逐年增多，因此使得每当就餐高峰时，校园食堂总是出现人数拥挤、就餐餐桌不足、排队时间长等就餐难的问题；再者，因为现在人们生活水平的提高，大学生拥有更多的零花钱，并且网上点餐能够节约更多的时间用在学习上，是以网上订餐为广大在校大学生所喜爱。

而像美团、饿了么这种订餐平台，只是提供了一种第三方平台，并不具有餐饮实体，也不对食品安全负责，存在较大的食品安全隐患。而且在央视新闻中曾报道过关于外卖食品方面的问题，许多外卖小店的卫生条件都很差，甚至都没有正规的门店，其食品的制作过程根本没人知道，而学校食堂由学校统一管理，食品安全有保障。因此，开发一个针对学校食堂的网上点餐系统具有重要意义，不仅能够保障师生的就餐安全卫生，解决就餐高峰排队时间长的问题，同时也能够给一些家庭有困难的同学提供一个勤工助学的机会，缓解这些同学的家庭压力。
