摘 要

目前由于很多学校或者组织机构办公管理没有一个统一的形式，往往我们获取一个通知可能要通过很多方式的查找，会浪费很多的时间。而手机可以说是我们生活中接触最多的东西之一，并且方便携带。所以设计移动化办公管理系统对于提高我们的办公系统效率有很大的帮助。

本次设计是基于Android平台的移动办公平台，主要是面向学校的。通过对市场办公系统的需求分析，得到了一些基本的需求。然后分析了技术和经济上的可行性，接着分析了系统的功能模块以及整体架构，并设计了符合本系统的数据库。最终，完成Android和服务器的代码工作，App能够正常运行，并且对一些特殊情况进行了测试，来保证产品的可靠性、完整性。

本系统实现了学校办公中一些基本的工作内容，例如通知公告的浏览与发布、文件的上传与下载、文件共享、和其他老师进行通信等等。并且通过将文件分为学校文档、共享文档、个人文档，使得用户能够更加轻松地管理自己的文件，也能够快速地定位自己想要下载的文件。同时本系统每个账号都是实名制的，因此可以通过姓名来快速获取他人的联系方式。

本系统设计的主要目的是为了提高办公效率，不让用户去查找信息的时候面临着很多的选择，让用户省出更多的时间去做自己的事情。

Abstract

At present, many schools or organizations do not have a unified form of office management. Often, we need to find a notice in many ways, which will waste a lot of time. The mobile phone can be said to be one of the most used things in our life, and easy to carry. So the design of a mobile office management system based on Android platform is very helpful to improve the efficiency of our office system.

This design is based on Android platform mobile office platform, mainly for schools. Through the demand analysis of the market office system, I get some needs. Then analysing the feasibility of technology and economy, after that , I get the function modules and the overall structure of the system, and designs a database that accords with the system. Finally, the code work of Android and server is completed, the app can run normally, and some special cases are tested to ensure the reliability and integrity of the product.

This design includes some basic work contents in school office, such as browsing and publishing notice, uploading and downloading files, sharing files, communicating with other teachers, etc. And by dividing files into school documents, shared documents and personal documents, users can manage their own files more easily and locate the files they want to download quickly. At the same time, each account of the system is real name system, so you can quickly get the contact information of others by name.

The main purpose of this system is to improve the office efficiency so that users are not faced with a lot of choices when they want to find information, and users can save more time to do their own things.
