摘 要

随着企业规模的不断发展，企业的债权信息越来越多，并且日益复杂，债权信息的人工管理越来越困难，针对企业债权信息的电子化、智能化管理系统的需求不断扩大。传统的债权信息管理已经无法处理海量的债权数据，急切的需要债权管理系统对于海量的债权数据进行管理、分析和维护。

本文主要针对十堰人保债权管理平台后台系统的研究，首先简要介绍了课题的研究背景和国内外债权管理系统的发展现状，然后介绍使用到的相关技术和开发工具，之后进行需求分析、数据库设计、架构设计、功能模块设计，最后使用Spring Boot框架、B/S架构进行设计开发。十堰人保债权管理平台的核心模块包括应收保费模块、存出保证金模块、代付赔款模块、统计分析模块、用户模块等。

本文通过对十堰人保债权管理平台后台系统设计与开发分析，从实际情况出发，提供了能够解决债权管理系统的方案，其中的功能能够解决债权业务的基本需求。在此基础上，采用了面向对象和迭代开发的思想，使用了开源框架和插件，实现了债权系统从需求分析到最后系统测试及上线的全过程，得到一个可以稳定运行的债权管理后台系统。

Abstract

With the continuous development of enterprise scale, the information of enterprise's creditor's rights has become more and more complex, and the manual management of creditor's rights information has become more and more difficult. Therefore, the demand for electronic and intelligent management system for enterprise's creditor's rights information has been constantly expanding.The traditional information management of creditor's rights has been unable to deal with the massive data of creditor's rights, so the management system of creditor's rights urgently needs to manage, analyze and maintain the massive data of creditor's rights.

Article mainly study of shiyan preserve the claim management platform system background, first briefly introduces the research background and current development of creditor's rights management system at home and abroad, then introduces the related technologies and development tools, used after demand analysis, database design, architecture design, function module design, finally using Spring Boot framework, B/S architecture design and development.The core modules of shiyan people's guarantee creditor's rights management platform include premium receivable module, deposit deposit module, indemnity payment module, statistical analysis module, user module and so on.

Based on the background system design and development of shiyan people's guarantee creditor's rights management platform, this paper provides a solution to the creditor's rights management system based on the actual situation, and its functions can solve the basic needs of creditor's rights business.On this basis, the object-oriented and iterative development ideas, the use of open source framework and plug-ins, the credit system from demand analysis to the last system testing and online process, get a stable operation of the credit management background system.

第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景

随着社会和经济的飞速发展，传统的销售模式已经落后于经济的发展，贸易的形式变的越来越丰富和多样化，各种全新的交易方式出现在人们面前，并且债权关系所占的比重越来越大，债权逐渐变为影响企业发展的重要因素，从而企业的债权问题越来越被人们所重视。

随着企业规模的不断发变大，企业的债权信息越来越多，分类越来越细，并且日益复杂，造成传统的债权信息管理变得越来越困难，已经难以处理海量的债权数据问题，十分容易造成数据的错乱，急切的需要债权管理系统对于海量的债权数据进行管理、分析和维护。随着互联网的快速发展，越来越多的企业债权管理都由原先的人工管理逐步转向利用互联网技术进行自动化、可视化、智能化管理，利用债权管理平台系统，能够处理复杂多样的债权管理问题，不仅可以节省人力降低人工成本，而且可以极大的提高效率和降低错误率，能够充分发挥互联网技术在社会资源优化方面的作用。

企业的债权管理是企业管理中比较复杂困难的内容，自然受到企业的重视。对于已经使用债权管理系统的企业，债权管理系统发挥了巨大的作用，帮助公司财务人员和贸易经营者理清债务关系，随时掌握资金动态以及清欠工作等方面，提供了详细可靠的债权债务信息，避免了资金运转问题影响企业的正常运营^[1]。本文研究的债权管理系统是当下主流的管理系统，不仅可以在十堰人保中得到应用，而且可以对其他企业的债权管理系统有一定的借鉴意义。
