摘 要

在信息化时代来到之前，用纸质手写档案来管理一家企业日常的各项工作是大部分中小型企业采用的方式，这种人工手写方式存诸多缺点。但是在信息技术的不断发展和电脑应用率不断的提升之后，电脑也逐渐走进了各家企业，人工管理也慢慢被电脑管理而取代。采用了 B/S 模式的管理企业日常工作的东西逐渐出现在各家企业中。而这种通过电脑来管理企业各项工作的东西，提高了一家企业的办事效率，直接为这些企业带来了经济效益上的福利，使企业的发展更为长远。

根据本人对于这种企业的办公事务的了解,本课题应用了当前比较流行的JSP技术以及SQL技术来实现这种企业日常办公的管理系统，以实际提高企业办公效率。服务器数据库则使用B/S的架构，该架构利于使用与维护同时也能降低企业成本。这个架构结合了Structs MVC设计模式,使用多层次的方法来进行开发工作。开发工具则选用最普遍易用的Eclipse。

本系统充分应用了目前计算机领域的各种新、老技术，全方面的支持企业日常工作中所需要进行的各种事务的处理操作，是完全能够符合现代企业日常使用的。

SSM-based OA Enterprise Daily Management System

Abstract

Before the arrival of the information age, most small and medium-sized enterprises use paper handwritten files to manage the daily work of an enterprise, which has many shortcomings. However, with the continuous development of information technology and the continuous increase of computer application rate, computers have gradually entered various enterprises, and manual management has been gradually replaced by computer management. B/S mode of management business daily work gradually appeared in the various enterprises. And this through the computer to manage the work of the enterprise things, improve the efficiency of an enterprise, directly for these enterprises brought economic benefits of welfare, the development of the enterprise more long-term.

According to my understanding of the office affairs of this enterprise, this subject applies the current popular JSP technology and SQL technology to realize the daily office management system of this enterprise, in order to improve the office efficiency of the enterprise. The server database USES B/S architecture, which is beneficial to use and maintenance and can reduce the cost of enterprises. This architecture combines the Structs MVC design pattern with a multi-layered approach to development. The development tool is Eclipse, which is the most commonly used.

This system has fully applied the present computer domain each kind of new, the old technology, the full aspect support enterprise daily work needs to carry on each kind of transaction processing operation, can completely conform to the modern enterprise daily use.

目前，随着网络的普及与计算机的广泛应用，办公管理系统已经逐渐成为各企业中管理日常工作的主流办法，通过使用办公管理系统，能大大提高办事效率。而且此系统操作十分便捷，对于用户的体验十分友好，同时也包含许多应用功能。此系统也综合利用了计算机与网络相关的技术，开发了前端的客户端与后台的服务器，使数据在前后台之间的传输与沟通更为快捷。在信息社会不断发展的过程中，各个企业也必须时刻紧跟时代的步伐，只有这样才能使企业能在这个社会中保有相当的竞争力，也使企业自身能够提高相应的管理能力。以此能表明一个办公管理系统的使用水平也渐渐能表现一个企业的管理能力，同时综合反映出一家企业的竞争力。
