摘 要

当今社会经济的飞速发展，加快了人们的生活节奏，人们对于效率的要求越来越高。在当下飞速发展的餐饮行业中，传统的服务员点餐模式效率低下，随着微信成为大众化手机应用，微信点餐小程序作为一种全新点餐模式应运而生。微信点餐小程序不仅方便了顾客的自助点餐，也帮助餐饮商家提高了工作效率，减少人员投入成本，把握住潜在流失的客户，实现营收的增长。由于这样的优点，微信点餐小程序的应用场景非常广泛。本课题所探究的基于微信的点餐小程序设计，采用SSH开发框架，模拟搭建了一个使用微信小程序点餐的平台。

课题实现了基于微信的点餐小程序, 为顾客和餐厅管理员提供了点餐支持,为餐厅顾客提供了方便快捷的点餐方式，为餐厅管理员提供了简单高效的管理方式，其开发主要包括前端web页面的搭建，业务逻辑的处理，以及后台MYSQL数据库的建立和访问。

论文首先探讨了微信点餐小程序的开发背景，介绍微信点餐小程序的优点，然后对点餐小程序进行需求分析和流程分析，完成了小程序的功能模块设计。基于微信的点餐小程序为餐厅管理者提供了菜品管理，订单管理，用户管理等功能，顾客可以通过微信点餐小程序完成浏览菜品，菜品选购，订单查看等内容。经过测试，本小程序完成了管理员与顾客的功能需求。

Ordering small program design based on WeChat

Abstract

The rapid development of today's social economy has accelerated the pace of people's life, people's demand for efficiency is higher and higher. In the current rapid development of the catering industry, the traditional waiter order mode is inefficient. With WeChat becoming a popular mobile phone application, WeChat ordering small program as a new ordering mode came into being. WeChat ordering small program not only facilitates customers' self-service ordering, but also helps catering businesses improve work efficiency, reduce personnel input cost, grasp potential customers and realize revenue growth. Because of this advantage, the application scenarios of WeChat ordering small program are very wide. This topic explores the design of ordering small program based on WeChat, and uses SSH development framework to simulate and build a ordering platform using WeChat small program.

The subject realizes the ordering small program based on WeChat, which provides ordering support for customers and restaurant administrators. It provide a convenient way to order for restaurant customers and a simple and efficient way of management for restaurant administrators. Its development mainly includes the construction of front-end web page, the processing of business logic, and the establishment and access of background MySQL database.

Firstly, this paper discusses the development background of WeChat ordering applet, and introduces the advantages of WeChat ordering applet. Then, It analyze the demand and process of the small order program, and complete the function module design of the small program. The ordering small program based on WeChat provides restaurant managers with the functions of food management, order management, user management, etc. Customers can browse dishes, purchase dishes and view orders through WeChat ordering small program. After testing, the small program completed the administrator and customer functional requirements.

第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景及意义

随着互联网技术的迅猛发展和21世纪的经济腾飞，互联网技术已经不再是单纯的学术科研，程序设计成为了一种普通化商品，人们对于网络的需求不再是简单浏览新闻、观看视频、打游戏等简单的应用，人们对于智能化生活的要求越来越高。同时，由于餐饮行业的大规模发展，基于微信的点餐小程序应用的社会环境已经发生了极大地改变。同时，由于微信点餐小程序的方便与快捷和“随用随走”的高效率理念，在未来，人们将会越来越离不开微信点餐小程序，使用微信小程序点餐的观念将更加深入人心。

现在人们的生活越来越离不开智能手机，同时人们对生活效率的追求越来越高。在餐厅中，传统的点餐流程效率低下，需要服务员单独点餐，由于服务员人数的限制，餐厅可能流失潜在客户，订单又不能立即同步到后厨，浪费物力人力。基于微信小程序的点餐系统方便了用户点餐，实现了餐厅入座随时点餐，而且只需要扫描桌面的二维码进入点餐小程序，不需要其他复杂的操作，大大提高了客户舒适度和满意度。针对商户而言，微信点餐小程序帮助餐厅管理员做到了菜品管理、订单管理、用户管理等模块，不再需要投入过多的人力物力来做损耗时间长，效率还不高的重复性劳动，大大降低了餐厅的经营成本。
