摘 要

21世纪的今天，社会在发展并且进步着，信息越来越科学化了，人们对他的认识，也从低变高。慢慢的从感性向理性转变，人们越来越看重工作的管理，管理的科学化，让信息存储准确、快速、完善，并能提高工作管理效率，促进其发展。

随着人们水平的不断提高，房地产行业的日益扩大，房地产房屋出租业务越来越多，如何更好地进行房源管理管理来满足用户的需求，成为各部门关注的热点。房地产业作为现在的朝阳行业，房地产房屋出租间的竞争也越来越大，为了更好的为客户服务，房地产房屋出租服务模式急需变革。因此，结合计算机的成熟，特开发了本搜房系统。

搜房系统的设计与实现是采用JSP技术，MYSQL数据库，基于B/S结构进行设计开发。系统主要包括三大功能模块，即管理员功能模块、会员功能模块以及房主模块。系统功能齐全，实现了会员管理的系统化、科学化，既可以提高服务质量，又大大的促进了搜房的发展。

Abstract

In the twenty-first Century, with the continuous development and progress of the society, people"s understanding of information science has been developed from a low level to a high level, improved from the original perceptual knowledge to the rational knowledge. The importance of the management work has gradually been recognized by people, and the scientific management has made the information storage accurate, rapid and complete. Good, and can improve the efficiency of work management, and promote its development.

With the continuous improvement of people"s level, the real estate industry is expanding, and the real estate intermediary business is more and more. How to better carry out the management of the housing management to meet the needs of the users has become a hot spot of concern in various departments. As the present sunrise industry, the real estate intermediary is becoming more and more competitive. In order to serve the customer better, the real estate intermediary service mode is in urgent need of change. Therefore, combined with the maturity of computers, the search room system was developed.

The design and implementation of soufangfang system is based on JSP technology, MYSQL database and B/S structure. The system mainly consists of three major functional modules, namely administrator function module, member function module and owner module. The functions of the system are complete, realizing the systematization and scientification of membership management, which can not only improve the quality of service, but also greatly promote the development of search rooms.

课题研究背景与价值

1.1 选题的意义与价值

网络的快速发展从根本上更改了世界的企业的管理方式，自二十世纪九十年代开始，我国的很多企业就设想可以通过互联网来进行管理员工以及客户信息。但由于我国当时的互联网发展落后，开发技术也不够成熟等，阻碍了互联网在各大企业中的发展速度。进入二十一世纪以后，我国经济有了快速的发展，限制企业管理的各个难题逐一被解决，国内各大企业都加入到了电子信息化的管理模式中来。
