摘 要

小区楼宇的管理，现在已经是社会中小区里比较重要的一项管理工作, 根据现今的社会发展的需要，小区楼宇安全管理的不断进步，科学的计算机式的管理方式已经基本取代了使用人工和实体卷宗的管理方式。

本小区楼宇管理系统主要是针对居民小区住宅楼的楼宇安全和小区的住户的管理而开发的。现今的人们的生活模式，主要是集中在小区和公司，两点一线，小区也是一个小的社会团体，人口集中，简单，但是对小区的人员进行管理，以保证居民的人身和财产安全，就需要一个强大的管理系统的支持。我们通过需求调研和需求分析，开发了这款小区楼宇安全管理系统。针对该小区楼宇安全管理系统，我们采用了ssm框架技术和jsp编程技术和轻量级的mysql数据库进行开发管理，保证了操作人员容易上手，部署安装便捷，只要有浏览器就随处可以打开，并进行运行。通过建立小区楼宇安全管理系统，就能联系小区的住户和小区的楼宇管理人员进行相互的交流。通过该管理系统，也能让住户能随时进行互相交流，随时在发现小区楼宇存在的安全隐患时及时上报，方便了管理人员及时的派遣人员前往修理，也方便了管理人员对小区进行合理的管理和安排，并提高了管理人员的工作效率。

系统的建立在一定程度上体现了信息化时代带来的便捷，也减少了人们之间沟通的障碍，提高了人们的工作效率和工作热情。

Abstract

Residential property management is now in the society more residential important management work, according to the needs of the social development and progress of residential property management, computer management has gradually replaced the manual management mode.

互联网的发展在当今社会中，起到了重要的作用，通过互联网，我们可以在一定程度上进行各种平台的开发和设计，例如购物网，相应的管理网站以及其他公司使用的网站等。随着信息化时代的到来，在信息技术飞速发展的当代社会，互联网技术已经成为了人们生活中不可缺少的一项技术技能，通过互联网技术，我们可以在网上就能对各种信息的进行管理，现阶段，随着住宅的由分散到集中，人们的生活已经进入了小区化模式，大部分的生活都在小区里，所以我们对小区的生活和楼宇的管理也逐渐走向了信息化的舞台，通过信息技术对小区楼宇进行管理，可以更加方便地对小区的相应的生活进行管理以加强安全保障。

小区人口众多，而且人们的学历和知识层次也不一样，但是他们都有一个共同点，就是，随着互联网与电脑的普及，会上网会用电脑的人越来越多了，所以我们可以开发一款小区楼宇安全管理系统的，用来对小区的楼宇信息和楼宇安全进行一个合理的管理安排。所以我利用所学技术开发了一款小区楼宇安全管理系统，用来对楼宇安全信息进行合理管理，以加强小区的安全性，给小区住户一个更安全舒适的生活环境。在如今的生活中，对小区楼宇安全的管理，已经成为了人们生活中的一项重要的任务，所以我们需要对楼宇安全进行一个完整的合理的管理工作。

1.1课题研究意义

本人经过对多个小区的各种安全方面的调查和访问，询问小区的运作模式和小区的楼宇安全方面的管理，了解到现今的小区的安全管理模式有着很大的缺陷，大都是人工方式的管理，针对外来车辆、人员的进出记录登记的很模糊甚至很多都不进行登记，对小区人员和财产的安全存在很大隐患，小区的设施的管理，都是通过人工的方式进行管理的，很不方便，事务繁杂，可谓事倍功半，大大降低了小区的安全性。因此，通过调研，我们有了改善该楼宇安全管理方式的想法，所以我开发了一款有关于小区楼宇安全的管理系统。
