摘 要

随着电脑技术的不断进步，为了满足用户网上查询房屋，进行房屋买卖的需求，跟随电子商务发展的步伐，建立了本房屋交易系统。

本交易系统为广大的购房以及买房用户提供了一个方便快捷，平等互利的交易平台，不在通过传统的房屋交易一样，需要通过中介，和大量的时间去实体看房，减少了人力，物力。通过本房屋交易系统，用户通过计算机平台进行查找房屋信息，进行网上房屋的交易，同时实现了用户发布房屋信息的功能，给用户房屋交易带来了极大的方便。与传统的房屋交易相比较，网上房屋交易更加快速，迅捷，减少了需要大量实体看房所带来的劳动力消耗，更加具有发展空间。论文详细论述了本房屋交易系统的设计和实现过程，根据用户的需求开发功能模块，为用户提供一个房屋交易的平台，具有操作简单、界面简洁、稳定性强、灵活性好、系统安全性高等特点。

该房屋交易系统的设计与实现基于B/S结构，采用JSP动态网页技术和MYSQL数据库作为后台数据库设计开发，充分保证了系统的稳定性、安全性。

随着我国经济的不断发展，房地产业的迅速发展，城市流动人口的增多，房屋交易的日益增多，出来一个快速，方便的网上房屋交易平台成为人们迫切的需求，通常人们购买房屋时都是通过中介来进行购买的，每当中介要给用户介绍房屋时候都需要实体去看房，需要大量的时间，而且需要大量的中介费用，高额中介费，无疑给用户带来了经济上的负担，而房屋交易系统的设计与实现的开发解决了这一问题，房屋交易系统的设计与实现满足了用户进行买卖房屋的需求，为想要购房的用户提供了充足的房源信息，同时也实现了用户发布房屋信息，进行卖房的需求，因此建立一个房屋交易系统是十分有必要的。
