The Design of indoor Intelligent lighting Control System

Abstract.This article analysis the shortcomings of the current indoor lighting control and its development trend, Proposed one intelligent lighting control system based on the single chip microcomputer and combining with the light detection, pyroelectric infrared sensor. The system can intelligent adjust the lighting according to indoor light intensity, the number of people in real-time. To achieve the purpose of saving energy. Proved by the experiment, the scheme is feasible, and has certain application value.
Introduction
With the development of society and people living standard rise, The expectations of energy efficiency, comfort of indoor lighting system have been ratcheted up so high, the traditional lighting system is difficult to meet the needs of the people. People expect indoor lighting system can automatically adjust the lighting according to the change of indoor light intensity. For example, when the light in the room is weak, automatically increase the brightness of lighting equipment. When all the staff is leaving the room, automatically close indoor lighting system.
Lighting equipment currently used mostly manual switch control, often forget to turn off the lights in the daytime. Cause a lot of energy waste, and also shorten the life of the lighting equipment. This paper design a kind of intelligent indoor lighting system , which can effectively overcome the defects existing in the traditional lighting system.
The overall design of the intelligent lighting control system
The basic thought of this system is based on the single chip microcomputer , through a variety of sensors to collect the indoor light intensity, the location information of the moving people. According to the variation of indoor environment information, the system automatically perceive these conditions, and regulate the illumination intelligently, to realize intelligent lighting control . The system principle diagram as shown in figure 1.

System hardware design

the room, light detection sensor to detect the indoor light intensity, and the detected data is transmitted to the control core of AT89S51 ,which will control lighting equipment according to processing results. The whole system is working done under the control of AT89S51 , which is the core of the system, complete control, data acquisition, processing, output and other functions.

pyroelectric infrared sensor,which could detect the changes of the human body infrared radiation electric energy in a non-contact form, and convert it into electrical signal output. The pyroelectric sensor has the advantages of low cost, no need to use infrared or electromagnetic wave emission source, high sensitivity, flow characteristics of installation. In practical use install two human body detection module, and placed in indoor and outdoor, when people approached into the detection zone, the infrared probe set in the monitor zone convert the human body infrared signal to electrical signals, then processed by the amplifying circuit of MCU. When the system working on the normal state, if people approached, circuit outputs high level; else if people leave, circuit output low level. By successively output high level sequence, judge the moving direction of people, determine whether the person is entry or exit, and statistics the number of people indoor. When there is no one, automatic closing lighting equipment.

By using the On9668 switch based visible light sensor , On9668 uses the CMOS process, the built-in visible light-sensitive element, high sensitivity, linear amplifier, and is provided with a voltage stabilizing circuit and a light control comparison of logic circuit .which is high sensitivity to visible light range, light switch threshold by peripheral resistance linear adjustable ,direct output level, has the advantages of simple peripheral circuit etc.. In this design, the light detection module setting illumination is greater than the set value, the output is low level. Otherwise, the output is high level. This level will send into the SCM, by program control to decide lighting.
System software design
The main task of the software is to complete the processing the light detecting circuit and the human body detection output signal circuit. F

室内智能照明系统设计

摘要:本文分析了目前室内照明控制的不足及其发展趋势,提出了一种基于单片机的智能照明控制系统,并结合光检测,热释电红外传感器。 该系统可以根据室内光强度,实时人数智能调节照明。 达到节约能源的目的。 实验证明,该方案可行,具有一定的应用价值。

1 背景介绍
随着社会的发展和人类生活水平的提高,人们对能源使用率以及室内照明系统的舒适度的期望已经提高了很多,传统的照明系统已经很难满足人们的需求。人们希望室内照明系统可以实现根据室内光照强度的变化而自动调节亮度。例如,当房间内的光线较弱时,自动增加照明设备的亮度。当所有人员都离开房间时,自动关闭室内照明系统。
目前使用的照明设备大多是手动控制开关,人们在生活中经常会忘记在白天将灯关闭,造成大量能源浪费,同时也缩短了照明设备的使用寿命。本文设计了一种智能室内照明系统,可以有效克服传统照明系统存在的缺陷。
2 智能照明系统总体设计
该系统的基本思想是以单片机为基础,通过各种传感器来收集室内光照强度,以及人们活动的位置信息。根据室内环境信息的变化,系统将自动感知这些信息,智能化的调节照明效果,实现智能照明控制。系统原理图如图1所示。

3 系统硬件设计
该系统主要由AT89S51单片机,光检测模块,人体检测模块等组成。利用两个热释电红外传感器检测室内人的活动,光检测传感器检测室内光强,检测数据将传输到AT89S51作为控制核心,并根据处理结果控制照明设备。整个系统在AT89S51的控制下完成,AT89S51是系统的核心,具备完整的控制、数据采集、处理、输出等功能。
3.1 人体检测模块
热电红外传感器可以通过非接触形式检测人体红外辐射电能的变化,并将其转换为电信号输出。该热电传感器具有成本低,不需要使用红外或电磁波发射源,灵敏度高,安装流量大灯特点。在实际使用中安装两个人体检测模块,分别放置在室内和室外,当人们接近检测区时,设置在监测区域的红外探头将人体红外信号转换为电信号,然后由MCU的放大电路处理。当系统工作在正常状态时,如果有人接近,电路输出高电平;反之,如果人们离开,电路输出低电平。通过连续输出高级序列,判断人的移动方向,检测人是进入还是退出,并统计室内人数。当室内没有人,自动关闭照明设备。
3.2 光检测模块
通过使用基于On9668开关的可见光传感器,On9668采用CMOS工艺,内置可见光敏元件,高灵敏度,采用线性放大器,并配有稳压电路和逻辑电路的光控比较。可见光传感器对可见光范围敏感度高,光开关阈值由外围电阻线性可调,直接输出电平,具有外围电路简单等优点。在本设计中,光检测模块设定照度大于设定值,输出是低水平,输入则为高电平。 该级别将通过程序控制发送到SCM以决定照明。
4 系统软件设计
系统软件的主要任务是完成光检测电路和人体检测输出信号电路的处理。首先确定房间内是否有人,如果没有人,则将室内照明设备关闭。如果有人在房间里,则确定室内光照强度等级。如果室内光线很强,那么自动调光照明。如果光线很暗,则自动照明。室内照明始终接近设定点。具体过程如图2所示。

5 总结
本文主要讨论了传感器和传感器作为室内智能照明控制系统中检测元件自动控制电路的应用。本文简单介绍了热释电红外传感器和光传感器。最后,提出了智能室内照明的设计方案。与传统的照明控制系统相比,该系统的优势主要在于:照明智能控制,降低能耗,减少人力浪费。延长照明设备的使用寿命,实现更节能,舒适的室内环境。
