1.目的及意义

1.1 ResearchPurpose

1.2 ResearchBackground

The automobileproduction and sales increased rapidly in China's auto industry inrecent years. According to statistics, by the end of 2014, China registeredvehicles reached 155.47 million, an increase of 12.42% compared to 2013. It isexpected that China's car ownership will reach 200 million in 2020. The generalcar service life is 10 to 13 years, and the increase in car ownership led tothe rapid growth in the number of end-of-life cars. Scrap car dumping not onlycauses serious land occupation, but also causes air and water pollution,wasting a lot of available resources. Therefore, the effective recovery ofscrapped vehicles is necessary, otherwise the environmental and economicproblems caused by it will become more and more serious.

Scrapped carscontain many recyclable metals and non-metallic materials, which have a greatvalue. It is also an important part of the national recycling economy. Itsrecycling has broad prospects, of which 90% of steel and non-ferrous metals canbe recycled, so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy, materials andcosts. The specification of the scrapped car dismantling can, to some extent,slow down the destruction of the environment during the dismantling of thescrapped cars. Scrap cardismantling status of China: In recent years, China's scrap car recycling rateis low. Due to low purchase price and regulatory deficiencies, most of thescrap car were sold as second-hand vehicles in the market. Some enterprises didnot do the recovery and dismantling process as standard in order to save costs,making the phenomenon of pollution of the environment increasingly serious. Besides,non-standard operation can easily lead to secondary pollution of theenvironment. Most Chinese scrap car dismantling enterprises are small andsimple, lack of professional equipment, and dismantling technology is comparedto be backward. In addition, the law about China's auto recycling anddismantling are mostly developed earlier and not clear enough, so theestablishment of a reasonable and efficient waste recycling system is imminent.

1.3 ResearchMeaning

Inthe "12th five year"national strategic emerging development plan issued in China, the energysaving and environmental protection for its seven emerging strategic industriesis the first. In recent years, China's auto sales growth rapidly, scrapped carsare growing every year, so improving our scrap car recycling level has becomean important demand for the development of China's vehicle industry.

The design of the "vehicles for dismantling end-of-life vehicles " can dismantle the car by drivingto the destination for the dismantling of the car, compared to the traditionalcar dismantling, it is more flexible and efficient, and it brings customers andenterprises more convenience. First access the information to find out thebasic parameters of the dismantled car, that is, the quality of the product,length, width, height and so on to ensure that the design of the product canmeet the maximum customer requirements.
