多轴全轮驱动纯电动小车转向系统设计开题报告

1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

汽车在行驶中,经常需要改变行驶方向。汽车上用来改变汽车行驶方向的机构成为汽车的转向系。汽车行驶方向的改变是由驾驶员通过操纵转向系来改变转向轮(一般是前轮)的偏转角度实现的。转向系不仅可以改变汽车的行驶方向,而且还可以克服由于路面侧向干扰力使车轮自行产生的转向,恢复汽车原来的行驶方向。因此,转向系作为汽车的一大总成部分,其研究意义尤为重要[13]

when driving, the travelling direction of cars often need to be changed. the body used to change the direction of the car in the car becomes the steering system of the car. the change in the direction of the vehicle is achieved by the drivers’ changing the deflection angle of the steering wheel (especially the front wheel) by manipulating the steering system. the steering system can not only change the direction of the car, but also can overcome interference force of the side of the road in order to make the wheels produce their own steering and to restore the original direction of the car. therefore, as a car part of the assembly, the significance of research of the steering system is particularly important [13].

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

本文围绕多轴转向技术,探讨出可行的多轴全轮转向纯电动小车的转向系统设计方案。该研究内容在当前先进的理论和方法的基础上,通过查阅大量的文献并且与实际情况相结合,解决目前所面临的问题。主要包括选择转向方式与动力转向机构的设计、转向系统主要参数的选择、转向梯形的设计以及各转向机构之间的联动分析。

this paper discusses the design scheme of the steering system of the multi-shaft and all-wheel steering and pure electric vehicle around the multi-axis steering technology. the content of the research is based on the current advanced theory and method. this paper solves the present problem through the access to a large number of literature and the actual situation combined with the current need. it mainly includes the design of steering mode and design of power steering mechanism, the selection of main parameters of steering system, the design of steering trapezoid and the linkage analysis between steering mechanisms.
