1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)
thedevelopment of new energy vehicle has became the tendency of the nowadaysautomobile industry. the traditional fossil energy is non-renewable, and itcontributes to a large number of pollution when it burnt. so energy-saving andenvironmental protection is the theme of automotive development in today’ sworld. the appearance of new energy vehicle solve these two problems. amongthose new energy vehicle the electric vehicle(ev) is the most significant, andit has a mature technology. ev has a huge development prospect in commercialvehicle especially in engineering vehicle. so designing some reliablefunctional engineering vehicle is very meaningful.
steeringsystem is the mechanism which is used to hold or change the driving directionof vehicle. the property of steering system greatly determine a vehicle’sperformance and service life. with the advance of the automobile, peopleimprove the requirement of steering system. it should not only provide good roadfeelings, but also give consideration to comfort and safety. steering gear isan important reducing-transmission device in steering system, it’s mainfunction is change and transfer the steering moment and angel from steeringwheel to the steering tie rod, thus the vehicle can steer. the working statusof steering gear greatly determines the performance of steering system.designing a optimal steering gear is an important step in steering systemdesign.
thevehicle i designed is a electric engineering car with small overall dimensions,it’s inevitable to use electric power steering(eps) system.
2. 研究的基本内容与方案
themain content of the paper include:
1) the development situationof electric engineer vehicle’s redirector at home and abroad;
2)the classify and structureof automobile redirector;
3. 研究计划与安排
1-2(19th-20th week of 7th semester) determinethe subject of graduation design, design requirement task(related parameters), collect reference information and data in campus
3(1st week of 8th semester) program design, literature retrieval, finish thesis opening report.
(2nd -3rd week of 8th semester) practice out of the school, finishthe practice report
