1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)
1.1 the purpose and significance
with the energy crisis and environmental pollution being more and more serious,the society has been more strict with automobile’s ability of saving energy and environmental protection[1].lightweight of automobile is an important measure to achieve energy saving and emission reduction,of which the three ways are structure optimization design, application of lightweight materials and advanced manufacturing technology[2].in the application of lightweight materials,the plastic parts have been popularized in the industrial sectors such as aviation, aerospace, electronics, machinery, ships and automobiles because of their advantages of light weight, good flexibility, chemical resistance, electrical insulation and excellent molding performance.plastic decorative plastic is the development trend. with economic develops, the automobile has became popularize and family-oriented, people are making more commands to automotive interior and exterior trim systems.plastic parts ,as the main components, a lot of attention have been paid to its structural design and molding performance[3].with oil prices rising in recent years, the prices of polymer resin is also rising.to reduce the amount of plastic and to ensure the quality of plastic products through new processing technology is a recent hot research, microcellular foaming molding technology is generated in this background[4].microcellular foaming molding technology not only can reduce the viscosity of molten material, reduce the processing temperature, reduce the processing cycle and packing pressure, and can eliminate the product shrinkage marks, reduce the changes of product’s weight, shrinkage and size.although microcellular foaming molding of plastic products have such many advantages, the microcellular foaming molding is a complex process.it is a cumbersome task to design and manufacture the mold of microcellular injection and to analysis the foaming molding process.the rapid development of modern computer technology has promoted the development of industrial technology, and now we can use computer-aided design technology (cad) and computer-aided analysis technology (cae) to simulate the process of microcellular foaming molding, and analysis the factors that influence the quality of foam in the entire process.and then, better process parameters are determined, which provide guidance to the actual industrial production and manufacturing[5].

2.1 structure design and analysis of the automobile trim
establish the three-dimensional model of the car ornaments by using the three-dimensional modeling software catia. the mesh will be pretreated with hypermesh software.and using cae software to do static analysis and determine the better structure. ready for the next steps.
2.2 simulation analysis of microcellular foaming molding technology for the automobile trim
