东风天龙DFL4251的悬架系统设计毕业论文

摘 要

本文介绍了悬架系统并讨论了商用车东风天龙DFL4251的悬架选型,对其前、后悬架的部分结构进行了设计。包括分析悬架受力,计算悬架刚度,校核零件强度等。主要对悬架的弹性元件、减振器以及平衡悬架的推力杆进行了设计计算。探讨了少片变截面弹簧在商用车上的运用。

Abstract

This paper introduces the suspension system, and discusses the suspension type selection of the commercial vehicle Dongfeng TianlongDFL4251.Design the structure of the front and rear suspension for Dongfeng TianlongDFL4251. Including the analysis of suspension force, suspension stiffness calculation, check the strength of parts and so on. The design and calculation of the elastic elements, shock absorbers and thrust bars of the balance suspension are mainly carried out. The application of taper-leaf spring in commercial vehicle is discussed.
