Abstract

The results showed that: Successfully designed for a pure electric drive independent RV of maximum speed of 110Km/h and mileage of 300km. By the help of established model and matching data, the design and use of this RV is possible.

Research characteristics of this dissertation include: the research and discussion of the RV design concept. The modeling is established based on the detailed structure in Catia. The data guide the next step design of the model. By the design and verification of the automobile structure, the feasible data is obtained.

1.1.1 Definition of RV

As a special kind of car, RV is designed as functionality vehicle with functions of "home" and "vehicle". Through the unique design and structure, it can provide passengers with a comfort place like home. It also can let the passengers enjoy the convenient of RV. Chinese RV market is currently in the development period, and now very young and energetic.

1.1.2 Structure of RV

As vehicles with a additional use, there are many additional furniture measures and corresponding running systems on the RV, which are also divided into several areas. They are usually divided into the following areas:

Rest area: rest facilities, such as sofa and bed, are used for passengers' rest, and the proportion of space is the largest and the most important area.
