Abstract
In recent years, China has become the largest international auto market in the world. In the car market segments, although Europe and the United States gradually mature in the state of development, but for China it is still in a bud, to promote the development of the car industry for tourism resources in China is a natural way; Spirit, water pollution and other environmental problems intensified, the world began to focus on research in the new energy field, apparently for the Chinese market in this situation, pure electric RV designing concepts came into being, so this paper choose "pure Electric independent drive RV compartment structure design "as the research topic. It is intended to find a new road for the development of the automobile industry through the analysis of the domestic and international market analysis and technical analysis of the RV market, combined with the knowledge learned during my university period.
Major content of this paper first analyzes the domestic and international market environment, highlights the necessity of this design concept, and shows the research content and goal of this paper. The second part is the selection of the car body material and the shape selection of the car and finally put forward the car system in the power supply system and wastewater treatment system for the operation of the way, and finally is the internal space Designed the optimized design.i also used Catia software to design the car structure modeling, with Keyshot simulation rendering.
The pure electric RV system designed in this paper has the characteristics of quantification and energy cleanliness, which can provide reference for the manufacture of other new energy models, and also promote the concept of RV tourism.

Introduction
The background and significance
Nowadays, the energy issue has become a crucial factor in the long-term development of all regions and countries in the world, and it is a necessary condition for any country in the world to develop stably and positively. Today, energy conservation and environmental protection has become the world consensus. Global industry, including the automotive industry is bound to develop towards a greener, and more energy-efficient trend. On the other hand, with the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard and the change of ideology, the tourism industry has been flourishing. China has formed a largest tourism market with the, deepest potential and highest growth rate in the world. At the same time, with the substantial increase in self-driving crowd, as a combination of the living space and transport tools caravan began to develop rapidly, and the tourists choosing RV self-driving is increasing.
Throughout the world, the caravan industry in North America, Europe has developed rapidly, by the end of 2015, the global caravan market has holdings of about 24 million, the annual demand of about 650, 000,in which the United States and Europe accounted for 90% of the global market. According to the latest data released by the American RV Industry Association (RVIA), the number of RVs in the United States by 2015 is 10.27 million, and the number of campsites is 19,000. In 2014 the US RV market retail sales reached 15 billion US dollars. The European caravan market has matured day by day, Europe is the world's second largest car market which is second only to North America, with caravan ownership of 6.8 million and camping to maintain 26,000. Among them, Germany, France and the United Kingdom sales increased by 9.8%, 9%, 16.1%, comparing to the same period in 2014. China's caravan industry is in the embryonic stage, by the end of 2015 China's caravan ownership was 172 million, of which the number of caravan ownership is 40,000, accounting for only 0.02%. The number of campuses in the country has reached 55,000, while the number of campuses in China is less than 2% of the world. However, the huge gap means the huge room for growth, the huge potential of the car market has just shown. At present in the global auto industry, electric vehicles have become a new area of the major automobile manufacturers to research and develop, from large-scale production of the Tesla electric car to the release of NEXTEV, electric cars undoubtedly caught the global automotive consumer’s attention. However, the research and development of pure electric-driving caravan at home and abroad is still in the conceptual stage. Compared with the traditional internal combustion engine cars, pure electric caravan has the advantages of no emission, low noise, no pollution, both to meet the consumer demand for the continuous improvement of quality of life, but also to meet the requirements for national energy-saving emission reduction. In order to meet the needs of power, economy and other aspects, it is very important to design and analyze the structure of the electric touring car. Excellent structural design will bring excellent car form, excellent car must be favored by the vast number of consumers.
Research Status at Home and Abroad
Recreational vehicle is a new-born products in China, so the domestic research in related fields has just started, from the Chinese academic literature published in the library of the article, most of which is on the development of the car, history and market development of the study, There are only two papers related to design, and papers related to RV design are not yet available. Foreign car development ahead of the domestic, the study of the car has accumulated a wealth of experience, but the search literature found that the research related to the car more concentrated in the field of technology and vehicles, car room space design and use of the article is not much. Compared with the lack of papers on the design of RV space, the research on the efficient and humane utilization strategy of compact space at home and abroad is more mature, and the space design and compact small space design have many in common. Space design research for the design of the car provides a lot of reference.
In the field of pure electric vehicles, from 2006, "Eleventh Five-Year", the Ministry of Science and Technology launched the implementation of the national 863 plan energy-saving and new energy vehicles major projects, aimed at the "fifth" basis, continue to promote pure electric energy and new energy Automobile vehicle and key parts of the R amp; D and industrialization, and in 2008 during the Beijing Olympic Games, including the implementation of pure electric vehicles, including energy-saving and demonstration of new energy vehicles to promote the development of pure electric vehicles in China. At present, the domestic R amp; D of pure electric vehicles is mainly concentrated in the vehicle layout and system integration control, motor and its controller, battery and its management system, three aspects. Among them, pure electric bus to Beijing Institute of Technology to develop the power system as the representative of pure electric passenger cars, Qingyuan, General Electric, Dongfeng, BYD, when the wind and other companies have been research and development and production, is expected to achieve industrialization in recent years.
