皮卡车滑板式货箱设计毕业论文

摘 要
皮卡车滑板式货箱是一类安装在皮卡车后部货箱的售后市场产品。本产品为皮卡车提供了一个可滑动的载货板,从而使用户更加便捷的装卸货物。此类产品在皮卡车用户中有十分广泛的应用。目前市场上有许多类似的皮卡车滑板式货箱产品。然而这些产品普遍存在一些缺点:体积大,质量高,不方便运输等。这些缺点限制了其用户群体,使它的使用具有一定的局限性。这个项目是一个再设计项目,我们会针对此类产品的缺点和局限性对产品进行改进和提升,降低成本,并使其在使用上更加便捷,力争拓宽“皮卡车滑板式货箱”的市场和用户群体。
首先,我对现有的皮卡车滑板式货箱产品信息进行收集,分析其优缺点,并对行业发展的现状进行了探讨,确定有效的改进方案。其次,以用户和市场需求为切入点,利用质量展开(Quality Function Deployment)的多层次演绎分析方法把市场目标转化为设计要求、零部件特性、工艺要求、生产要求等,并以此为依据,利用Solidworks软件进行三维建模,完成对改进后的“皮卡车滑板式货箱”产品具体方案的设计。随后进行有限元分析,以满足设计要求和相关国家标准,并对产品设计进行优化和改进,使产品更具竞争力。最后使用AUTOCAD绘制工程图和装配图。
在本设计中我们还加入了电控系统,以实现货箱滑板自动伸缩,使其使用更加便捷。

Abstract
Pickup Truck Bed Slide-out is a kind of installed in the back of the pickup truck trunk aftermarket products. This product provides a slippery truck for the pickup truck, making it easier for users to load and unload goods. Such products have a very wide range of applications in the pickup truck users. There are many similar pickup truck bed slide on the market today. However, these products generally have some shortcomings: large size, high weight, inconvenient transportation and so on. These shortcomings limit their user groups, so that its application has some limitations. This project is a re-design project, we will improve and enhance this kind of product by analyzing the shortcomings and limitations of such products, reducing their costs and making it more convenient to use, and then strive to broaden the "pickup truck skateboard" market and users group.
First, we collected the existing pickup truck bed slide product information and did the analysis of its advantages and disadvantages, and the status of the development of the industry were discussed to determine the effective improvement program. Then, the user and market demand were considered as the starting point, and the Quality Function Deployment multi-level deductive analysis method was used to transfer the market objectives into design requirements, parts characteristics, process requirements, production requirements. Based on the requirements, the Solidworks software was used for three-dimensional modeling, and to complete the improved "pickup truck bed slide" product specific design. Then the finite element analysis is done to make the products to meet the design requirements and related national standards, and optimization is done to improve the product so that it is more competitive. Finally, I used AUTOCAD to draw drawings and assembly drawings.
In this design, we also joined the electronic control system, in order to achieve automatic skidding skateboard, so the use of the product is more convenient.

第1章 绪论
1.1课题选择
本毕业设计课题名称是“皮卡车滑板式货箱设计”。皮卡车滑板式货箱是一类安装在皮卡车后部货箱的售后市场产品。本产品为皮卡车提供了一个可滑动的载货板,从而使用户更加便捷的装卸货物,如图1.1所示。此类产品在皮卡车用户中有十分广泛的应用。该毕业设计课题由位于美国密苏里地区的Battenfeld Technologies公司支持。

1.2 国内外皮卡车滑板式货箱发展研究现状
这个项目是一个再设计项目,目前市场上有许多类似的皮卡车滑板式货箱产品。本节对几款较为典型的“皮卡车滑板式货箱”产品进行研究和讨论,总结出此类的产品的发展现状。首先第一款产品是BEDSLIDE 1000 Classic,如图1.2所示 [18]。该公司专业生产此类产品。资料显示1000 Classic这款产品在此公司中比较具有代表性,其负载能力约为1000lb.,重量约为300lb.,滑板最大伸出率为75%,售价为1,049美元。
