With the development of society, contact the rail vehicle and our life is getting more and more close, high-speed rail EMU become the necessary choice for us to travel. But the development about rail vehicles have to mention the most important development of the bogie, bogie is one of the most important components in the railway train, train technology with the progress of bogie technology progress is closely related. This thesis is bogie design and assembly of active radial HTCR three axle locomotive bogie. Based on the research for the existing HTCR forcedsteered bogie converted into active radial bogie. The 3D modeling of bogie parts and components. Distribution of each component before modeling to steering frame. The classification is divided into bogie frame, wheel, suspension, suspension of two. I'm in charge of all components are assembled together with modeling software components to achieve the overall assembly design. Using Solidworks modeling software, each part of the model.Established in the Solidworks modeling software architecture, wheel, suspension, three-dimensional model of two suspension. Check each part of the design of a size without omission, after each part of 3D model is set up. The assembly to check each part size after the assembly data and the assembly of the bogie is analyzed. According to the modification, the forced steering bogie rod remove and install the ball screw mechanism is connected with a front and a rear wheel, driven by the motor to achieve steering. Finally shorten the elongation of stress analysis, determine the bogie load and overall stress. Finally complete the active radial HTCR three axle locomotive bogie design.
