Abstract

This article first elaborated the research status of the domestic handbrake arm assembly, introduced the background of the subject and the purpose and requirements of the product design of the handbrake arm assembly. On this basis, a solution to the quality problem of the handbrake arm assembly is proposed. The structure and working principle of the handbrake arm assembly product are introduced, and the performance and mechanical properties of the dynamic analysis are analyzed. Under the premise of satisfying the requirements of the current design specification, an overall research plan has been put forward. This program has always been the subject of research, based on finite element analysis, and the design of the hand brake arm assembly. At present, both of your studies are at home and abroad. The study is not yet comprehensive.

This thesis takes the handbrake of a Wuling Hongguang model as its prototype, designs the structure and size parameters of the handbrake arm assembly, according to the vehicle parameters, compares the research procedures of the design manual and the mechanical manual and other reliable data, and the hand brake arm assembly The installation location has also undergone some improvements. After completing the three-dimensional modeling of the handbrake arm assembly, in order to avoid the interference in movement and many unreasonable dimensions, the paper carried out the necessary dynamic analysis. The establishment of a finite element model for a reasonable three-dimensional model to complete the motion analysis includes the grid division, material selection, and assembly constraints. The paper puts a load on the handbrake arm, which is the arm pull force and the braking force of the body, and analyzes the stress and strain conditions of the loaded parts. Finally, according to the finite element analysis results of different parts, the paper gave some suggestions for improvement, and made drawing drawings of assembly drawings and drawings of some parts drawings.
