东风本田CRV制动系统设计毕业论文

摘 要
本文首先对汽车制动系统的存在意、作用、研究现状及设计目标及要求做了一个简单的介绍,并通过对于东风本田CR-V车型基本数据的采集处理,并对车辆从运动情况下到停止的过程中所需的制动力进行简单的运算分析,再对于现有常用的三种驱动机构的形式以及两种制动器形式进行对比选择,通过比较计算决定选用由伺服制动系统驱动的盘式制动器作为该车型适用的制动器。经过计算,确定了该盘式制动器的基本参数、前后制动力矩分配系数、制动力矩和制动力、制动盘、制动钳的外形设计及制动衬块工作面积的计算,并根据制动衬块的磨损特性来确定所选用的材料及工艺。
以及液压制动驱动机构相关参数包括制动轮缸的直径与工作容积、制动主缸的直径与工作容积的计算并对其进行校合,最后对该制动器的制动性能、制动踏板的踏板力以及踏板行程进行了详细分析。
本文致力于对适用于东风本田CR-V的盘式制动器进行设计,设计结果对同级别SUV汽车,及类似车型具有一定的参考价值。
本文特色:计算结果清晰、准确,具有严格的逻辑结构。

Abstract
Firstly, this paper made a brief introduction about the existing meaning, function, research status, design objectives and requirements of the vehicle braking system. And through the Dongfeng Honda CR-V models of the basic data acquisition and processing, it carried out a simple operation analysis on the brake power of the process from movement to stationary. Then it made a comparison of the commonly used three types of driving mechanism with two types of brake. Through the computations., this paper decided to use the Servo brake system driven by the disc brake as the model of the application. After calculation, the basic parameters of the disc brake, the braking torque distribution coefficient, braking torque and braking force, the shape design of the brake disc and the brake caliper, and the working area of the brake lining block are determined. According to the wear characteristics of the brake lining, the material and the technique are also determined.
This paper also made computations of the relevant parameters of the hydraulic brake drive mechanism including the diameter of the brake wheel cylinder and the working volume, the diameter of the brake master cylinder and the working volume, and made a proofreading of it. At last, the braking performance of the brake, the pedal force of the brake pedal and the pedal travel are analyzed in detail.
This article is devoted to the design of the disc brake which is suitable for the Dongfeng Honda CR-V, and the design result has certain reference value to the same level SUV automobile and similar vehicle.
The characteristics of this paper: the calculation results are clear and accurate, with a rigorous logic structure.
