Abstract

With the rapid development of global technology and society, energy and environmental protection have become the most concerned issues in the 21st century.Because of the overexploitation and utilization of non-renewable resources by human beings in the past 200 years, if the non-renewable resourcesl continues to be extracted and consumed at this rate, the world's non-renewable resources will be exhausted in less than 50 years.Therefore, in recent years, many countries have taken the development of new energy vehicles as a very important work.

The development of electric vehicle market is inseparable from the development of power battery. At the present stage, the best way to reduce the cost of power battery is to realize the recovery and cascade utilization of power battery.Cascade utilization of power battery refers to that, after the performance of power battery is reduced to a certain extent, although it cannot normally maintain the daily operation of electric vehicles, it can still be used in other battery application fields to realize the reuse of power battery.According to the world standard, power batteries in electric cars should be retired when the remaining capacity of the battery is only 80% of the maximum capacity, so retired power batteries still have a high market potential in the battery field.It can be used in other fields with low requirements on battery performance, such as electric bicycle, sightseeing car, etc.It can also be used in the field of battery energy storage, such as wind power storage, optical power storage and power storage in charging and changing stations.In this paper, based on the status quo of power battery of retirement, and quick to detect and arrangement in use through the literature and the research of existing problems, analyzing and comparing various method to detect the advantages and disadvantages, expect to get a suitable for the industrial field, can more than meet the production requirements of rapid detection method, and the arrangement in the reasonable application scenarios and the proposed model, research work has the vital significance to our country automobile recycling indust.
