1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)
(1).overview of road wrecker
when the car isdriving on the road, failures and accidents are unavoidable, especially onhigh-grade highways. this phenomenon often occurs. with the increase of highwaymileage and car ownership, road wreckers have been also developed. roadwreckers, also known as trolleys, refer to special vehicles equipped with roadrescue equipment. road wreckers are mainly used for road failure vehicles,consignments of urban illegal vehicles, and road rescues. its task is to dragthe faulty car or accident car away from the site in time to ensure unimpededaccess. therefore, road wreckers are also called road emergency vehicles. at present, the chassis of road wreckers in china is mainly based onqingling, dongfeng, jianghuai, iveco hongyan saic,sinotruk, shaanxi auto, and futian.

Fundamental contents
The main researchcontent of this article is divided into the following sections:
(1) Understand thedevelopment status and development trend of road wreckers;
(2) Choose thehydraulic drive hoisting mechanism, because the hydraulic transmission uses thehydraulic system on the wrecker to obtain the hydraulic energy. The way to takeenergy is simple, and the hydraulic torque can be used to obtain large torque.
(3) Design the sideposition cleaning method, determine the lifting mechanism, design and selectionof the support arm scheme
(4) Choosing theright type II chassis, and making appropriate modifications to the front andrear suspensions and frames of the selected Type 2 chassis to meet therequirements of the wrecker function;
(5) Dynamiccalculation, calculation and determination of the maximum lifting quality;
(6) Structure Designand Check of Work Devices
(7) Drawing 3Dmodels and 2D drawings
(8) Summarize thefull text and propose some prospects for the development of side road wreckers

Realize the sideposition cleaning function of the medium-sized wrecker
Proposed technical solution
Select theEQ1108G6DJ15 second-class chassis and make appropriate modifications of thechassis to meet the requirements of the side-removed wrecker function.

The hydraulic systemthrough the gear of the power outlet of the transmission to drive the hydraulicpump, then through the hydraulic cylinder to drive working device.
The lateral cleaningfunction is intended to be carried out by the support arm, which lift vehicle fromthe side.
Measure
After designing agood plan, the CATIA 3D modeling should be performed, and the dynamic, braking,passability and other performance calculations are performed to verify thefeasibility of the plan.

3 (1stweek of 8 semesters): plan conception, literature search, and completionreport.
(2-3semesters of 8 semesters): off-campus internships, off-campus informationcollection, completion of internship report.
