1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

  1. purpose and significance (including domestic and foreign research status analysis)

    due to the increasing requirements for comfort and safety of modern automobile , designing a suspension with good overall performance has become an important issue for modern vehicle research.

    as the vehicle parameters and driving conditions change, the requirements for the performance of the suspension system are different. for the traditional mechanical structure of passive suspension, the stiffness and damping are not adjustable, according to the theory of random vibration, it can only ensure good results under specific conditions. but its theoretical maturity, simple structure , reliable performance, relatively low cost and no additional energy, and thus the most widely used. at this stage in our country, there is still a higher research value. the study of passive suspension performance mainly focuses on three aspects: (1) through the car after stress analysis, establish a mathematical model, and then use computer simulation technology or finite element method to find the optimal parameters of the suspension; (2) study the variable stiffness of the spring (3) research guide mechanism

    2.1 The object of the study

    2.2 The basic content of the study

    (1) Determination of main parameters of double wishbone independent suspension.

    It needs to calculate Suspension static deflection, dynamic deflection and make elasticity characteristics calculation;

    (2) Double-wishbone independent suspension guide mechanism design and strength check.

    Calculate and determine the layout parameters of the guiding mechanism, and the corresponding layout scheme;

    (3) Calculation and force analysis of the stiffness of the spiral spring of double wishbones independent suspension.

    Including Selection of coil springs, calculation of spring geometry parameters, and verification of springs;

    1. The Choice of types and main Parameters of damping mechanism in Double-wishbone Independent Suspension.

      Calculate the relative damping coefficient, the damping coefficient of the shock absorber, and the maximum unloading force;

      2.3 Design goals

      (1) The design drawings must include assembly drawings and parts drawings. The total amount of drawings shall be no less than 2.0 sheets of 0# drawings, in which the amount of machine drawing paper is not less than 1 sheet of 0# drawings, and the 3D drawing of the machine drawing (needs to be transferred For two-dimensional drawings), the paper shall not be less than 0.5 sheets of 0# drawings, and all drawings shall not be duplicated;

      (2) The graduation design specification is not less than 10,000 words or 40,000 English characters;

      (3) No less than 15 graduated design literature searches, including 5 foreign languages, with no less than 200 words or 800 English characters per document search;

      (4) The opening report should be no less than 1400 words or 6,000 English characters;

      (5) The translation of English-language materials relevant to the profession shall not be less than 20,000 characters, and shall be no less than 5,000 words translated into Chinese;

      (6) The description of the design of the journal paper format shall not be less than 4,000 words or 15,000 English characters (or 1 copy of the English paper report display board).

    (7) Graduation design specifications shall be rechecked with a full-text copy ratio of no more than 30%, and a single chapter shall be no more than 35%.

    2.4 Technical solutions



    2.5 Research measures

    (1) Go to the library to review the data, analyze and sort out the data, complete the relevant theoretical knowledge of the luxury car suspension, and analyze the key technologies in the suspension design of the luxury car, including the structure and working principle;

    (2) Carry out visiting on vehicle manufacturers to understand the actual conditions of the production and processing of suspensions, and complete the internship report;

    (3) Set up a system block diagram to complete the overall program demonstration of the luxury car suspension;

    (4) Exchange and communicate the surveyed program with the instructor, modify and improve it based on the advice given by the instructor;

    (5) To provide design sketches for limousine suspensions, exchange design proposals with classmates, conduct demonstrations, complete the overall design, improve based on actual conditions, and complete the writing of the thesis.
