1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)
for the driver,the automobile dashboard is the information center showing the whole vehiclesituation, it’s an important part of the automotive high-precision technology.it plays an important role in vehicle safety and economic driving, in the wholevehicle structure.
first of all, itneeds rigidity to support its attached parts to work normally under high speedand vibration condition. at the same time, it needs better energy absorption toreduce the impact of external force on the positive and auxiliary drivers whenaccidents happen [1]. it has dual functions of technology and art. it is one ofthe representative works of the vehicle. any flaws from design and technologywill affect the overall effect of the vehicle. from the manufacturing process,the design and production level of the manufacturing company can be shown, andthe cultural tradition of the region and even the country can be reflected fromthe decorative style.
with the rapiddevelopment of china's economy, the purchasing power of the residents has beengreatly improved, the market is gradually increasing, and the competition ofautomobile manufacturers is becoming increasingly hot. with the continuousimprovement of people's living standards, people's understanding of cars hasgone beyond their functions. the requirements for automotive interiordecoration are becoming more and more sophisticated. the handle, skin texture, andcolor of the dashboard have gradually become an important criterion to evaluatevehicle level [2].
2. 研究的基本内容与方案
(1) basic content: the instrument panel datarefer to the volvo v series models.
