1.目的及意义

This design topic is the logo 308 rear suspension design, the logo 308 chassis uses the front McPherson type independent suspension, the rear torsion beam type non-independent suspension. The engine is covered with a very complete protective plate, the middle of the chassis is coated with anti-corrosion coating, the insulation tile above the exhaust pipe is fully covered, all the way to the end of the muffler, insulation protection is very good.

The Peugeot 308 front suspension adopts a McPherson type independent suspension, the lower swing arm is stamped with a single layer of steel plate, and a separate spherical hinge which can be replaced separately is adopted. the H-shaped non-full frame subframe is connected with the body through bolts, On the whole, there are not many eye-catching structures or arrangements for the front suspension, and the materials are mainly steel and cast iron.

Peugeot 308 rear suspension adopts torsion beam non-independent suspension, which has a simple structure and does not occupy too much car space, so it has become the most widely used rear suspension form of compact car. In the suspension arrangement, 308 ingenious position of the shock absorber as far down as possible, in order to free up more car space. The rear torsion beam suspension of mark 308 is designed with a spring tube separation type and a limit block is designed on the longitudinal thrust rod.

Usually, the rear suspension of the front drive vehicle tends to adopt the spring tube separation design because it is not limited by the space, so it is easy to design the different lever ratio of the spring and the shock absorber, under the condition that the spring height is constant, A longer shock absorber stroke helps to absorb the impact of the road surface under less damping force and improve ride comfort.

The arrangement of the shock absorber is lower as a whole, so that the shock absorber will not occupy too much car space, and a large area of plastic guard plate is installed under the spring and the shock absorber to avoid the gravel hitting the suspension parts in the driving process.

The torsion beam of the logo 308 rear suspension is designed with variable cross section, which can provide large roll stiffness, so there is no need to design the anti-roll rod, the bottom of the engine is covered with a flat guard plate, and several heat dissipation ports are opened in the front to help take away the heat of the engine.

The exhaust pipe is almost always covered with heat insulation tiles to prevent heat transfer to the body; although the oil pipeline is not covered by a guard plate, a large number of buckles are used to fix it in a groove between the longitudinal beams; and an anti-rust layer is sprayed in the middle of the chassis.

The rear anti-collision beam is made of aluminum alloy, and the energy absorption box is hexagonal columnar, which has considerable collapse space.

After actual driving, it is found that the compression damping of 308 suspension is small and the springback damping is large, that is, the state of fast pressure and slow springback. the purpose of this adjustment is obvious, in order to quickly compress and absorb the impact of the road surface.

Then the vibration is attenuated rapidly by large springback damping, so as to improve the comfort.
