1. Purpose and significance (including analysis of theresearch status at home and abroad)
With thevigorous development of the automobile industry, people gradually have higherrequirements on the handling stability and smoothness of automobiles. But inthis domain scope, the automobile suspension has the pivotal role. Automobilesuspension from the most simple leaf spring to the spiral spring, and then tothe passive suspension, semi-active suspension, active suspension. Through manyreforms. But the domestic start is late, therefore the active suspensionapplication scope is not very broad, overseas already relatively mature. Safe,intelligent and clean intelligent suspension will be the development trend ofautomobile suspension in the future. The research on semi-active and activesuspension started late in China and there is a big gap between China andforeign countries. In western developed countries, semi-active suspension hasbeen mature since 1980s. However, due to the limitations of other aspects,active suspension was proposed early, but it is difficult to make abreakthrough.{title}2. 研究的基本内容与方案

In this design,among the intermediate cars, the 2018 version of the manual comfort 1.4l isselected as the reference. The specific parameters are as follows:

2.2 basic content
(1) tounderstand the development status of automobile suspension technology at homeand abroad.
(2) refer torelevant standards and regulations of suspension.
(3) determineand analyze the suspension design scheme of premium cars.
(4) complete thedesign and calculation of the suspension and components.
(5) complete thestructural design of components.
(6) draw 3dassembly drawings and main part drawings.
2.3 technical route
(1) selection offront and rear suspension structures;
(2)determination and calculation of technical parameters (main technicalparameters, suspension performance parameters, suspension static deflection,suspension dynamic deflection, suspension elastic characteristic curve);
(3) design ofelastic elements;
(4) shockabsorber design;
(5) design ofhorizontal stabilizer bar;
(6) suspensionguide mechanism design;
(7) smoothness analysis
2.4 Measures adopted
In order to meet the requirements of good ridecomfort, the natural frequency of the vibration system composed of spring massand elastic components should be in the appropriate frequency band and as lowas possible. Therefore, catia is used to model and complete the assembly of theautomobile suspension after the calculation of each software.
