   withthe rapid development of economy, the automobile has become one of the world'smost important means of transport. with the rapid development of highway, theincreasing speed and increasing traffic density, the working reliability ofautomobile brake system is becoming more and more important, in order to ensurethe traffic safety and the reliable parking. the domestic automobile industry levelis twenty years behind the developed country's automobile industry level, sothe brake experimental technology is relatively backward. but with the rapid development of china's automobileindustry, especially the development of the automobile industry, the introductionof the joint venture, the entry of foreign advanced technology, as well as onthe absorption of advanced foreign technology and self innovation, brakeexperiment technology in china has made great progress, especially in improvingvehicle performance, safety, security improve the ride comfort, meeting theconstantly improving people's living needs, improving the living environment. from the economic and practical point of view, the general condition of thevehicle adopts a mixed brake form, that is, the front wheel disc brake, therear wheel drum type brake. because when vehicle is in the process of braking,the load of the front wheel usually accounts for 70% to 80% of the total loadof the vehicle, the front wheel brakingforce is larger than the rear wheel. in order to save cost, most manufacturersuse the drum brake with front and rear drum. with the improvement of expresswaygrade and the consideration of safety performance, disc brake is a trend. intoday's increasingly fierce market competition, automobile parts enterpriseswill be eliminated if they can not develop their new products in time to meetthe needs of the market. in order to improve the quality of product design,shorten the product development cycle, save production costs and enhance themarket competitiveness of enterprises, a very important part is to haveadvanced design technology means, and the advanced design means must takeadvanced design concept as the premise.
