1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

Nowadays, the industrial capacity of a country is the foundation of a country's comprehensive national strength, and transportation is like the general circulation of blood in the industrial system, which is connected with large and small industrial zones. In industrial transportation, road transportation accounts for a large proportion, especially in some short distance transportation. Therefore, the performance of vehicles is closely related to transport efficiency.With the development of the automobile manufacturing industry in China and the improvement of the level of automobile design, the cars produced are becoming more efficient, stable, safe and environmentally friendly. Therefore, most of the existing trucks in China are mainly pre post drive, which is mainly due to the increase of vehicle load, the promotion of vehicle power and the simplification of the handling mechanism layout.The power transmission line of the front rear drive car is the engine one transmission shaft, a main reducer and a differential drive the half axle and one wheel. The main reducer, differential, driving half axle and driving axle housing constitute the driving axle assembly of automobile, which is the last part of the automobile transmission system, and its function is to distribute the power transmitted by the transmission shaft to the driving wheel and increase the torque. Therefore, the design of the Drive axle is an important part of the automobile design.
