摘 要

同其他的生产线系统设计一样，锚绞机生产线优化设计的重点是解决生产线平衡和设备的布置问题，其目的是为了提高生产产能，提高人员和设备的利用率，缩短物流搬运路径，从而保证生产系统长期高效运作。本文以甲板事业部为研究对象，对其整个生产系统中人、机、物料搬运等环节进行定量分析计算，从而发现生产过程中存在的产能不足、人员操作浪费以及设施布置混乱问题，然后针对存在的问题运用流程分析和操作分析的方法对生产线人员和设备的利用状况进行优化改善，对整个设施布置进行优化设计，最终实现管理的改善和资源的优化，达到提高生产能力的目的。文章首先对甲板事业部的人员、加工设备工、生产能力、人—机操作状态方面进行分析，以详细的数据计算发现生产过程中的瓶颈；然后在此基础上结合事业部的实际情况，提出了改进措施和优化方法，使人员设备的利用率达到最大化；最后以物流和空间利用最大化为目标，按照工艺路线原则对加工设备进行布置和优化，减少了搬运量和运输成本，在不需要增加设备的同时，提高了企业生产力。

Abstract

With all the production line system design, optimization of anchor winch production line design is focused on solving the problem of the balance of production line and layout of the equipment, aiming at improving production capacity, improving the utilization rate of equipment and personnel, shortening the logistics path,ensurig long-term efficient operation of production system.In this article, the deck department is taken for an example, the quantitative analysis is used in the system of the production including human,machine, materials, which are found in the production process of production capacity, operation and waste facility layout problems, then according to the method of problem using process analysis and operation analysis of the utilization of production personnel and equipment optimization, to optimize the design of the facility layout optimization, and ultimately improve the management and resources, to improve the ability of production.A new production line is designed and optimized,accomplishing the improvement of the management and the optimization of the resources and getting the purpose of improving the production capacity. Firstly, the deck department personnel, processing equipment, production capacity, human machine operation status were analyzed, based on the detailed data calculation to find the bottlenecks in the production process; and then the actual situation on the basis of division, puts forward improving measures and optimization method, the use rate of equipment the biggest change; finally to logistics and space utilization maximization as the goal, arrangement and optimization of processing equipment in accordance with the process principle, reduce the amount of handling and transportation costs, without the need of additional equipment at the same time, improve the productivity of enterprises.

1.1 论文选题背景

随着社会越来越快的发展，这就要求竞争者们需要提高自身绩效，有超越其他同行的先进技术或者管理理念，外资独资企业进入中国市场，给内地带来了新的生产方式、管理模式以及以人为本的生产观念，这些都成为了企业关注的课题。制造型企业要适应复杂和激烈的经济竞争环境，就必须形成以科学技术创新为核心的企业核心竞争力，这样才能提高企业的核心竞争能力。

461厂主要为国内外供应各种型号的锚绞机，据调查数据显示，最近几年该厂锚绞机生产数量逐年增加，到目前为止锚绞机的年产量已经达到了168台，这样的制造水平远不及市场的需求。长期以来受单件小批量生产特点的制约以及原设计目的的制约，分厂内部管理水平和生产组织效率不高，生产现场基本是以机群式为主进行布置，缺乏对产品和工艺的研究。为了适应复杂的竞争环境以及增加公司的产值，就需要对锚绞机生产线进行优化和重新设计。
