摘 要

近年来随着我国经济的快速发展，快递行业已经发展成为一个具有广阔的市场潜力和良好发展前景的产业。国内的快递企业也在市场竞争中逐步发展壮大，发展过程中机遇与挑战并存，要想在激烈的快递市场中取得先机，网点布局的合理性此时显得尤为重要。研究快递企业的网点布局问题可以提高企业的市场竞争力，促进企业的可持续发展，具有重要的理论意义和相当程度上的实际应用价值。

本文在参考了一些在物流设施选址方面的基础上针对武汉市洪山区顺丰速运的选址布局进行了研究，通过实地调研和理论分析，结合选址时企业的内部和外部影响因素，对洪山区现有的五个顺丰速运自营服务点的位置选择进行了评价，整个过程中使用定性和定量相结合的方法，最终通过层次分析法（AHP）来确定了各个网点的位置权重，以此来直观反映每个网点选址的合理性。

最终研究结果表明，顺丰速运在武汉市洪山区的整体布局比较合理，个别网点如网点B代表的雄楚大道幸福家苑营业点的位置需要进行调整，调整时可以参考位于街道口的未来城顺丰速运营业点的网点E的位置情况。

本文希望在此研究的基础上，进一步完善顺丰速运的营业网点选址模式，并为其他相关快递营业网点选择提供理论依据，也希望对后续的相关研究提供一些思路与意见。

Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid development of our country economy, express delivery industry has developed into a potential has a broad market and good prospects for development of industry. Domestic express delivery enterprises in market competition gradually grow, both opportunities and challenges in the process of development, in order to achieve advantage in the fierce market, the rationality of the distribution network is particularly important at this time. Study site layout problem of Courier companies can improve the market competitiveness of enterprises, promote the sustainable development of the enterprise, has the important theory significance and considerably practical application value.

In this paper, in reference to some in logistics facility location Hongshan district in Wuhan on the basis of the selection of the suitable abundant speed luck layout are studied, combined with location when a firm's internal and external factors of the Hongshan district of the existing five suitable abundant speed luck proprietary service point location choice is evaluated, the whole process of using the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, finally through the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the position of each node weights to intuitive reflect the rationality of each node location.

Finally the research results show that suitable abundant speed luck in Hongshan district Wuhan city overall layout is reasonable, the individual outlets such as node B represents the position of the center of Xiongchu road Happy home business point to be adjusted, the adjustment can be reference in the streets when the mouth of the future city suitable abundant speed point operations network E position.

Hope on the basis of the study, this paper further perfect suitable abundant speed luck outlets location patterns, and provide theoretical basis for other related express outlets to choose, also hope that the follow-up related research to provide some ideas and Suggestions.

1.1 研究背景及意义

我国经济在近几十年里迅速发展，科技信息水平也随之高速发展，快递行业在此基础上也得到了长足的发展，并且作为现代人们离不开的服务渗透到经济和社会的许多领域。作为一个有着极大市场潜力和发展前景的产业，快递行业在我国经济发展中已经开始占有重要地位，越来越多的数据表明，目前，它已经是我国经济的相当重要的组成部分。目前我国有着各种各样的快递企业，民营快递、国企快递企业、外资快递企业等等，在同彼此的竞争中他们本身也在不断发展壮大。

在快递企业的日常运营中，快递营业网点发挥着重要的作用。合理的网点布局能使快递公司的配送效率大大提高并且还可以降低成本，也会给消费者留下很好的印象，同时也可以在与竞争对手的较量中占据上风，从而获得更大的市场份额。具体研究的结果寻求最佳的网点数量、合适的网点规模，这些指标决定了企业的发展状态，从侧面更反映出其服务供给能力和水平。该研究可以使市场资源的利用更加合理，更有效地发挥服务网络的供给能力，进而满足快递市场的需求。
