摘 要

随着时代的变化，经济水平的增长，人们的需求变化以及社会的发展，使得医院不再是一个单一的寻求技术的场所。如今的医院也更注重服务，如何为患者提供一个良好的就诊环境，让患者在治好病的同时能够身心愉快的接受服务，这成为一个很值得探讨的话题。

对于一个医院来讲，挂号大厅是其重要组成部分，是重要的交通枢纽空间，同样也是医院内人流最多最集中的地方。它作为人们进入医院首先接触的场所，不仅发挥着多种功能，也是医院最直接对外的形象代表。挂号大厅内各个功能区的布局是否合理，设施摆放是否正确将直接影响到患者是否能顺利并且快捷的进行就诊，因此挂号大厅的布局设计在医院的设计中有着很重要的地位。

本文选取武汉市某三甲医院的挂号大厅为研究对象，对大厅的整体布局、各功能区布局、大厅物理环境、标识设计进行调研。同时，以设施规划和人因工程学知识为理论依据，对大厅的现状进行分析，针对存在问题的现状，提出改善意见。

Abstract

With the changing times, the level of economic growth, people's needs change ，and the development of the society, so that the hospital is no longer a single place to seek technical. Today, hospitals are more focus on services, how to provide a good environment for patients, so that patients in the treatment of the disease at the same time be able to physically and mentally happy to accept the service, which has become a topic worthy of discussion.

For a hospital, the registration hall is an important part of space，and it is an important transport hub. It is the place that people enter the hospital first contact, not only play a variety of functions, but also the most direct external image of the hospital representative. Registered hall in each function area layout is reasonable, facilities placed correctly will directly affect whether patients with smooth and high-efficient treatment, so the layout of the registration hall design has a very important role in the design of the hospital.

This thesis selects a tertiary hospital's registration hall in Wuhan as the research object, research the overall layout of the hall, the layout of the various functional areas, the design of the lobby's physical environment and the signage. At the seam time ,with facilities planning and human factors engineering knowledge as the theoretical basis for the hall analyze the situation.To analyze the current situation of the hall,in view of existing problems of the status quo,put forward suggestions for improvement.
