马钢装配式构件生产基地选址优化设计毕业论文

摘 要
随着社会及工业技术的发展,人们对于建筑效率及环境保护的要求逐渐提高。装配式建筑作为一种新型的建筑方式,能有效提高建造效率,同时减少环境污染,日渐成为国内主流的建筑方式。在国家的大力提倡下,各个企业正大力着手筹建装配式构件生产基地,马钢公司作为一家传统的钢铁企业,处于寻求企业转型的关键阶段。而马钢公司拥有发展装配式构件必备的原材料之一—钢铁,因此马钢发展装配式构件生产基地具有巨大的优势,对于企业未来的发展也至关重要。考虑到马钢公司所处地理位置以及装配式构件对运输条件的苛刻要求,选取距离马钢公司较近,同时交通条件相对完善、装配式建筑政府支持政策相对成熟的长江经济带作为马钢装配式构件生产基地的选址区域。
本文的选址分为三步。首先基于各地与需求地的距离和运价,利用多重心法通过Logware初步选出五座备选城市,分别是南京、杭州、宣城、无锡、上海。然后基于各个城市的地价、经济条件、政策支持等相关因素,通过建立鲍摩-瓦尔夫(Baumol-Wolfe)模型,筛选出三座适合发展装配式建筑构件生产基地的城市,分别是南京、杭州、宣城。最后本文选取距离马钢公司较近的南京进行更精确的选址,利用0-1整数规划和灰色预测模型,确定南京市适合发展装配式建筑构件生产基地的具体位置为南京浦口沿江工业区。

Optimization of site selection and layout of assembly building production base in Masteel
Abstract
With the development of society and industrial technology, people's requirements for building efficiency and environmental protection are gradually increasing. As a new construction method, prefabricated building can effectively improve the construction efficiency and reduce the environmental pollution. It has become the mainstream construction method in China. The state is vigorously promoting prefabricated buildings in various provinces, cities and enterprises, and various enterprises are preparing to build prefabricated component production bases. As a traditional steel enterprise, Masteel is in the key stage of seeking enterprise transformation. Masteel has one of the necessary raw materials for the development of fabricated components - steel, so Masteel has a huge advantage in developing the production base of fabricated components, which is also crucial for the future development of the enterprise. Considering the geographical location of Masteel and the strict requirements of the assembled components on the transportation conditions, the Yangtze River economic belt, which is close to Masteel, with relatively perfect transportation conditions and relatively mature government support policies for the assembled construction, is selected as the location location of the production base of the assembled components of Masteel. The location of this paper is divided into three steps. First of all, based on the distance and freight rate between each region and the demand area, five alternative cities, namely Nanjing, Hangzhou, Xuancheng, Wuxi and Shanghai, are preliminarily selected through logware using the multi center method. Then, based on the land price, economic conditions, policy support and other relevant factors of each city, through the establishment of Baumol Wolfe model, three cities suitable for the development of assembly building component production bases are selected, namely Nanjing, Hangzhou and Xuancheng. Finally, this paper selects Nanjing, which is close to Masteel company, for a more accurate site selection, and uses 0-1 integer programming and grey prediction model to determine the specific location of Nanjing suitable for the development of the production base of prefabricated building components as Nanjing Pukou riverside industrial zone.

装配式建筑的话题近几年在国内逐渐升温,国家在近几年相继出台了相关的政府文件,象征着将装配式建筑提高到国家层面。随着国家的进步和工业的迅速发展,装配式建筑的热度逐渐提高,并展现出迅猛的发展态势。全国各地政府及相关企业积极响应国家号召,大力发展装配式建筑,马钢公司作为一家传统的钢铁企业,正处于企业发展转型谋篇布局的关键时期,同时为了拓展业务范围以及延伸自己的业务种类,因此发展本公司的装配式建筑生产基地迫在眉睫。
