摘 要

随着信息技术的高速发展，智能手机产业链也逐步完成产业转型和产业升级，由原先单一的垂直化生产转变为如今的全球性的产业链协作和产业融合模式，且国内企业在产业链中的价值和地位也呈现逐年提高的态势，无论是产业规模还是核心技术的发展都已经成为国际关注的重点。

本文主要阐述了智能手机产业链的具体组成结构以及产业链各环节的市场概况，通过国际智能手机产业链各环节市场集中度测算总结产业链内部竞争形式，进而引出国内产业链详细情况。基于SCP分析范式，针对国内智能手机产业链的上中下游产业环节测算市场集中度，并且通过差异化分析总结国内产业发展概况及风险因素，为应对这些潜在的风险，本文也提出了部分国内企业对于该类风险的企业行为，并以华为公司为例，通过近年来的绩效分析体现在该类企业行为下，产业链即可呈现最大程度避免风险并取得良好的市场反馈。总结以上对于国内产业链的详细分析，并结合5G时代最新科技发展，进而提出未来可实施的发展机遇。

Research on the Risk of Smartphone Industry Chain in China

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, the smart phone industry chain has gradually completed industrial transformation and industrial upgrading, from the original single vertical production to today's global industrial chain cooperation and industrial integration model, and the value and status of domestic enterprises in the industrial chain has also been increasing year by year. Both the industrial scale and the development of core technology have become the focus of international attention.

This paper mainly expounds the specific composition structure of the smartphone industry chain and the market situation of each link of the industrial chain, and summarizes the internal competition form of the industrial chain through the measurement of the market concentration of each link of the international smartphone industry chain, and then leads to the detailed situation of the domestic industrial chain. On the basis of the SCP analysis paradigm, the market concentration is for the upstream and downstream industrial links of domestic smartphone industry chain, and the general situation and risk factors of domestic industry development are summarized through differentiation analysis. In order to deal with these potential risks, this paper also puts forward the enterprise behavior of some domestic enterprises for this kind of risk, and takes Huawei company as an example, through the performance analysis in recent years, the industry chain can present the greatest degree of risk avoidance and obtain good market feedback. Summarized above for the domestic industry chain detailed analysis, and combined with the latest scientific and technological development of the 5G era, and then put forward the future development opportunities that can be implemented.
