摘 要

随着市场经济的影响日渐扩大，消费者或顾客的需求已经占据商品交易过程的主要地位。商品的运输速度作为消费者评价服务过程的一大要素，成为物流企业的经营的重中之重。作为物流公司的重要组成部分，仓库发挥着它的货物储备、包装加工等功能，是不容忽视的一部分，而且对企业的效益提升有着重要作用。

本文主要研究的内容是解决上海SD公司仓储管理问题，结合理论与实际，针对上海SD公司仓库布局现状，包括仓库布局、存储设备、仓储人员管理、仓库信息化建设等情况都进行详细的阐述。在研究现状的过程中，把存在的问题具体的描述出来。在此基础上进一步分析问题，为解决问题提供基础，最终提高仓库整体运行效率。

此外根据公司的实际情况，应用系统化布置设计方法和ABC分类法，提出公司仓库布局优化对策。针对仓库布局存在的具体问题，提出不同问题的针对性解决方法。为有效的解决上海SD公司仓库布局中的实际问题，为进一步提升其仓库布局水平和仓储服务质量，提出改进建议。根据改进结果，分析改进方案的可行性，并对改进成果做出评价。

Analysis and optimization of warehouse layout of Shanghai SD Company

ABSTRACT

With the increasing influence of market economy, the demand of consumers or customers has occupied the main position in the commodity trading process. As an important factor in the process of consumer evaluation service, the transportation speed of goods has become the top priority of logistics enterprises. As a top priority for logistics enterprises, the warehouse plays its functions of cargo storage, packaging and processing, and plays an important role in improving the economic benefits of the enterprise.

Combined with theory and practice, this paper elaborates the current situation of Shanghai SD Company's warehouse layout, including warehouse layout, storage equipment, warehouse personnel management, warehouse information construction, etc. In the process of studying the current situation, the existing problems are described in detail. On this basis, further analysis of the problem, to provide a basis for solving the problem, and ultimately improve the overall operation efficiency of the warehouse.

In addition, according to the specific situation of the company, the SLP method and the ABC classification method are used to propose a strategy for optimizing the warehouse layout of Shanghai SD Company. To address the problems in the warehouse layout of Shanghai SD Company, effectively solve the practical problems. 第一章 绪论

1.1仓库布局研究背景与意义

国家的现代化建设日益完善，物流行业较以往有了较大改善。作为经营主体，众多公司已经开始认识到对作业流程改进的重要性。仓库作为物流行业的核心环节，为提高物流管理水平提高贡献不同寻常的作用，所以应对仓库布局进行合理优化。随着快递行业的发展，仓储业已经成了社会中的重要经济力量，为国家建设提供重要力量。仓储作为物流系统的重要组成部分，使生产过程的不断反复和更新顺利进行，配送中心是仓储不可或缺的一部分。为了保证物流系统的高效运作，仓储管理成了物流企业的研究的重点内容。

即便如此，受限于发展时间太短，我国仓储业发展并不完善。在如今的背景下，一些企业为保证产品质量，逐渐减少人员在生产中的占比，不断加快生产过程机械化的建设。先比较而言，中小型企业没有资本去完成这一转变，无法保证长期的利益，从而关心员工的能力提升。这是因为在大众认知中，仓库就是放置物资的场所，而不是生产环节。这理念从古至今已经存在了很长时间，众多企业对仓储工作的理念依旧停留在这个观念，造成了我国仓储行业相比于其它行业发展的落后情况。
