摘 要

本文以某高校快递站点为研究对象，通过把人因工程学因素引入到当前物流服务业终端（快递站点）的设施布局优化中，来改善目前快递服务业的物流服务环境，给顾客提供更高质量的物流服务。

由此出发先研究了国内外人因工程学在相关行业发展的文献资料并结合国内外设施布局优化设计相关文献资料，分析总结从人因工程角度对设施布局进行优化需要考虑的角度框架；接着通过实地调查及咨询相关负责人，对实例某高校快递站点在设施布局设计中可能存在的人因工程问题进行调查和现状分析，根据前面给的框架选别确定需要进行优化的具体事项；最后从基础设施空间尺寸、人体视野角度、照明条件、声音环境、安全卫生等角度出发结合人因工程人体尺寸百分位，对功能区划分、通道宽度及路线设计、货架尺寸及分布设计、声音及光照环境设计等，改善现有的快递站点服务质量，进而提高顾客对快递服务的满意度，提升企业行业竞争力。

Abstract

This paper takes a college express station as the research object, and improves the logistics service environment of the current express service industry by introducing the human factors engineering factor into the current facility layout optimization of the logistics service industry terminal (express site), and improving the customer's logistics service environment. From this, we first studied the literature on the development of human factors engineering in related industries at home and abroad, combined with the domestic and international facilities layout optimization design literature, analyzed and summarized the angle framework needed to optimize the layout of the facility from the perspective of human factors engineering; The person in charge of field investigation and consultation will investigate the current human factors engineering problems in the layout design of a university express station, and analyze the current situation.
