摘 要

随着社会的不断发展，企业的仓储系统管理越来越受到关注。面对残酷的市场竞争环境和企业自身的不足，如何有效稳健并快速的提高仓管补货水平，进而降低仓储成本，使得企业能够增强竞争力并且从中获得利润，解决这点是企业发展的根本所在。根据调查发现，我国企业实际运作出现了很多不足之处，比如仓储与补货设备的落后、思想理念还停留在上世纪90年代的管理运营模式等等因素，都严重制约着我国仓储行业的发展。不仅仓储系统影响着企业的发展，补货系统也在企业利润中举足轻重。很多专家学者对仓储管理做出了大量的研究，而对补货系统的优化和提升没有做出更大研究。然后究其细节，一个企业的补货系统也会影响连锁零售企业的销售利润，更会影响一个企业的核心竞争力。提高补货效率与水平是现代企业提升竞争力的一个重要因素。因此，本文不仅对仓储管理系统提供决策支持，还对企业补货系统提出优化方案，帮助企业提升自身价值。

Hamleys Optimization Design of Storage

and Replenishment System

ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of society, more and more attention has been paid to the storage system management of enterprises. Facing the brutal competition in the market environment and the enterprise, how to effectively improve the storage and fast robust tube replenishment level, thereby reducing the cost of storage, so that the enterprise can enhance the competitiveness and profit from it, it is essential to solve the development of enterprises. According to the survey found that China's actual operation of enterprises has many deficiencies, the management mode and so on factors such as warehousing and replenishment equipment behind the idea, still in the last century in 90s, seriously restricting the development of China's warehousing industry. Not only storage system affects the development of enterprises, replenishment system also plays an important role in enterprise profits. Many experts and scholars have done a great deal of research on warehouse management, but haven't made much research on the optimization and promotion of replenishment system. Then investigate the details, the replenishment system of an enterprise will also affect the sales profits of chain retail enterprises, and will affect the core competitiveness of an enterprise. Improving the efficiency and level of replenishment is an important factor for modern enterprises to improve their competitiveness. Therefore, this paper not only provides decision support for warehouse management system, but also puts forward an optimization plan for enterprise replenishment system to help enterprises to enhance their own value.
