摘 要

近年来，随着工业工程在社会应用中的发展，国内外院校也开始逐步重视工业工程专业教育的培养，其中工业工程创业人才在步入社会之后，取得了较为客观的创业成果，这使得此类群体获得的重视度不断上升，其相关培养也在各大高校中铺展开来。由此可见，从国际化的角度针对其培养模式的研究和探索显得尤为重要。

本课题主要研究对象为南京工业大学经管院工业工程专业学生，完善教学方案中的创业人才培养模式，旨在形成具有南工特色的工业工程创业人才培养体系，整合现有的课程设置、培养方案，搭配以供应链管理仿真等实训软件，组合形成该系统，其还将面向全校学生开设“创业实训”公选课程，培养南京工业大学工业工程系各专业学生的创新意识和创业素质。从国际化视野的角度，对南京工业大学以及可参考院校的工业工程系现有创业实训体系进行调研，对相关实训软件进行汇总调研，相关评价进行收集，比较优劣进行筛选，给出改进优化意见。

The Innovation and Practice of the Mode of Cultivating Talents in Industrial Engineering In the International Perspective

Abstract

In recent years, with the development of industrial engineering, domestic and foreign institutions have begun to gradually attach importance to the cultivation of industrial engineering education, in which industrial engineering entrepreneurs into the community, has made more objective entrepreneurial results, which makes such groups get The degree of attention continues to rise, and its related training is also spread out in the major colleges and universities. It can be seen from the international point of view for its training model of research and exploration is particularly important.

The main research object of this subject is the training module of teaching program of industrial engineering department of Nanjing University of Technology,aimed at the formation of a South industrial characteristics of industrial engineering entrepreneurship training system,integrate existing training software such as enterprise production and operation management simulation, circulation master, retail business simulation,logistics and distribution center management simulation, supply chain management simulation,combine to form such a system,it will also open a "entrepreneurial training" elective course for all students,cultivate the innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial quality of each student in our school.The Nanjing University of Technology and the reference to the institutions of industrial engineering department of the existing entrepreneurial training system for research, the relevant training software summary research, the relevant evaluation to collect, compare the pros and cons, and then screening.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景和意义

伴随商业经济快速进步，工业工程以一定增长的趋势，受到各大院校以及各行各业的关注，他是工程技术与管理科学相融合的交叉型学科。然而经过针对相关高校及其学生的调研与查访，总结归纳出了以下问题：学生诚然有着足够的IE理论学习，但其实践创新创业能力与社会需求仍然有着一定距离，反思其问题的症结，在于：国内各大高校工业工程专业课程安排略微忽视了实践与实训，其中，课堂基础课程占比多，但是实训与创业课程占比少，由此导致工业工程专业学生并没有很好地发挥自身学科优势，应用在创业过程中，对自己的创业过程起到积极促进作用，这就是为何社会以及各大高校应不断探索工业工程创业人才的培养模式的原因。
