摘 要

物资供应是指调整对有关项目操作的重要物资的计划收购、分配、供应与销售中社会关系的商业规范的总称。随着市场竞争的越来越激烈，物资供应管理就显得尤为重要！对一个企业而言，如果物资供应管理方法科学，就能为企业带来经济效益。本文探讨了中国物资供应管理的现状，传统的物资供应管理模式以及物资供应管理的基本方法；重点探讨了目前我国医药公司的物资供应，物资优化供应管理对企业所起的意义和作用。从物资供应管理的基本原理着手，探讨了企业的物资供应管理方式中所具有的不足之处。本文重点以江苏科菲平公司为例，介绍了江苏科菲平公司的物资供应管理模式，以及公司的物资供应管理的现状，对他们的一些产品进行了介绍，分析提供了采购流程图，分析了公司在物资供应管理上存在的问题，提出了现代企业物资供应管理的有效方法，并就物资供应管理提出了改进措施。

Abstract

Material supply refers to the adjustment of important materials for the operation of the projects among their purchases, distributions, supplies and sales and their social relations in the course of commercial specification.With the increasingly fierce market competition, material supply management is particularly important! If the material supply management is scientific, it can bring economic benefits to the enterprise. This article discusses the current situation ,the traditional material supply mode and the methods on material supply management in China. More importantly，this article discusses the current medical supplies in Pharmaceutical companies . It is of great significance for the companies to manage the material supplies .From the basic principle of material supply management, this article discusses some existing shortcomings in the way of material supply management.It describes the model of material supply management in the Carefree Company in Jiangsu, introduces their products , analyzes the enterprise procurement organization and their current situation about material supply management .Besides it gives the flow chart of the procurement and analyzes the suppliers and some existing problems in material supply and management to explore effective methods of modern enterprise supplies management. Finally the article puts forward some improved measures on material supply and management.

第一章 绪论

1.1研究背景

现代的企业面临着激烈的市场竞争，因为随着中国加入WTO和科技的快速发展,市场需求的速度在加快，各种变化在发生，产品的生命周期也在不断缩短,所以，企业需要不断地加强产品质量的管理,服务水平也要求不断提高,成本的降低,供应的循环时间的减少。采购作为完成企业生产经营目标的源头管理,对于提高最终产品的质量,减少库存投资,降低单位成本,应对小批量多品种的市场需求,最终树立企业核心竞争力具有不可低估的作用^[1] 。研究显示：对于制造行业来说，他们的原材料和服务的采购成本就占到了总成本的50%-80%。但是，中国的企业与世界上优秀的企业相比，有着较大的差距的在于采购观念和采购管理方式这两个方面。所以中国的企业既要认识到采购的重要性，更要意识到采购管理中可能存在的问题，目的在于提高企业的核心竞争力。为此，中国企业对于国外知名企业的采购管理策略和管理模式应努力地去学习和借鉴，同时也要根据自身的特点进行修改，并创造性地去应用。总的来说，中国企业只有对企业的组织结构、采购流程等进行变革，并转变现有的理念、去学习外部供应商的管理观念，以信息化为方向，与合作伙伴们去充分地沟通、去分享信息和成果、才能逐步实现新的采购模式，也才能够有效地降低采购成本、提升采购效率，增强对激烈市场竞争的应变能力^[2] 。
