φ400×1200毫米玻璃钢缠绕机的设计毕业论文

摘 要

玻璃钢缠绕机是一种复合材料纤维缠绕机是专门缠绕管道和罐体的。它的结构非常简单,具有很多优点。复合材料本身具有高强度,良好的气密性还有耐腐蚀性等优点的材料。其生产成本低,设备简单。所以复合纤维材料被大量用于化工石油等行业,又由于其具有高强度和高精度又被应用于航天航空领域和军工领域。本文就是结合原有的缠绕机系统,设计一台适用于缠绕Ø400×1500规格圆筒形型容器的小车环链式机械缠绕机。

机械式缠绕机主体构造分三部分:床头箱、床身及小车。芯模随主轴转动,环链带动小车运动,小车在主轴轴线方向上进行进给运动,完成罐形容器的缠绕。在芯模上进行螺旋缠绕,要满足两点要求:其中一点是纤维要均匀的布满芯模的表面不要让纤维与纤维之间存在间隙。二是纤维位置要固定下来不要随意的移动。所以,缠绕时芯模绕自身轴匀速旋转,小车在平行于芯模轴线方向上往复运动。芯模转速与小车速度控制在固定的比值,也就是固定的转速比,来保证缠绕角度不变。

为了实现缠绕机的基本运动,缠绕机设计有两种传动链:即外联系传动链和内联系传动链。实现主轴旋转,由电动机至芯模的外联系传动链;进行环向和螺旋缠绕时,芯模回转与小车移动之间的内联系传动链。本文的关键就是根据螺旋缠绕与环向缠绕之间的速比设计出满足要求的缠绕机。

Abstract

The FRP winding machine is a glass fiber filament winding pipe and tank dedicated unit, it has a simple structure, reliable transmission, easy maintenance, easy to manufacture and less investment advantages. Because it has many excellent properties, it is widely used in chemical, energy, metallurgy, aerospace and other fields, in the national economy plays an important role. This article is based on the existing mechanical winding machine based on the design of a suitable size Ø400 × 1500 wound cylindrical type container trolley loop chain mechanical winding machine.

The mechanical winding machine main structure is divided into three parts: the headstock, a tailstock and a winding dolly. The main shaft drives the mandrel to rotate, chain drives the car movement, through the transmission shaft and the ratio, complete cylindrical container. Spiral wound on the core model, to meet two requirements; one is to satisfy the linear design, between the fiber and the fiber is gapless and not overlapping evenly covered with surface of the core mold; two is the fiber position table non slip, namely fiber winding path must be cured geodesics. Therefore, when the winding mandrel about its axis of uniform rotation, reciprocation of the car parallel to the axis of the mandrel. Mandrel speed and the car speed control at a fixed ratio, the speed ratio is fixed, to ensure constant wind angle.

In order to achieve the basic movement of the winding machine, the winding machine design two kinds of transmission chain: namely, the outer contract transmission chain and transmission chain. The spindle rotation, by external transmission chain between the motor and the mandrel; ring winding and spiral, transmission chain between the mandrel rotary and trolley moving in. In this paper, the key is according to the spiral wound and hoop winding ratio between design meet the requirements of the winding machine.

缠绕成型工艺是指采用通过浸胶过的树脂或采用预浸胶过的纤维,按照预定好规律

缠绕到芯模原型上,然后在一定的条件下进行固化,制成某种有特定形状的产品。缠绕成型所必须的设备是缠绕机,还有其他的一些辅助缠绕的机器。

缠绕成型工艺的特点是:能够按照所要求的产品特性来设计设计缠绕规律,制品成各向性。
