摘 要
新能源的开发和利用符合我国可持续发展的战略方针,太阳能光热发电是其中一个重要方向。在太阳能光热发电中,很重要也是应用最多的介质就是熔盐,但是熔盐在高温环境下具有一定的腐蚀。性价比较高的奥氏体不锈钢,其耐热应力和耐腐蚀方面有着良好的性能,在熔盐环境中的应用较为普遍。太阳盐在高温下的腐蚀自数年以来一直受到广泛的研究。本文通过304不锈钢在熔盐中的浸泡实验,进一步探究奥氏体在熔盐中的腐蚀,得到了在高温环境中熔盐具有一定的腐蚀性,304不锈钢在熔盐中发生的是氧化腐蚀,温度对腐蚀速度的影响很大,温度越高,腐蚀性增强。所以,研究金属材料在高温熔盐中的腐蚀数据,对设备的合理选型、工艺参数的控制系统设计、系统安全运行等有重大意义。

Application and corrosion of austenitic stainless steel in solar thermal power generation
Abstract
The development and utilization of new energy sources are in line with China's strategy of sustainable development. Solar thermal power generation is one of the important directions. In solar thermal power generation, the most important and most widely used medium is the molten salt, but molten salt has a certain degree of corrosion in high temperature environments. The cost-effective austenitic stainless steel has good performance in heat stress and corrosion resistance, and is widely used in molten salt environments. The corrosion of solar salt at high temperatures has been extensively studied for several years. In this thesis, the immersion experiment of 304 stainless steel in molten salt was used to further explore the corrosion of austenite in molten salt.Molten salt is highly corrosive in high-temperature environments. Therefore, studying the corrosion data of metal materials in high-temperature molten salts is of great significance for the rational selection of equipment, control system design of process parameters, and safe operation of the system.
